(BLU)
I slid into the passenger seat of Robin's sportscar after the class is over. Robin was still outside, talking to one of his teammate. I think Kenneth was the name of the guy. I don't care really...
I only have one thought occupying my head. The possibility of Robin dating AnneMarie.
The door on the driver's side opened and Robin slid on the seat behind the wheel. He quietly fasten his seatbelt and started the car. He turned on the radio and then handle the steering wheel to drive us off the school grounds.
I sat quietly on the passenger seat, debating with myself on what I should do. How do I open a conversation with Robin? What should I say?
And then I heard whistling. My heart skipped a beat as I heard that merry tune coming out of Robin's lips. I turned my head to look at him and I saw Robin, sitting relaxed on the driver's seat with one hand on the wheel. His other arm was propped against the window by the elbow and Robin's head rest on his bent hand.
He looks like someone without a care in the world while I feel like everything is unraveling all around me.
What a jerk. WHAT A FUCKING JERK!
"Stop the car," I found myself saying?
"What? Blu, did you say something?" Robin sounded confuse.
"I said stop the car. STOP THE FUCKING CAR!" I shouted at him.
"Jesus Christ!" Robin grabbed the wheel with both hands and made a sharp turn to the right. He found an empty curb to park the car. "We cannot stay here...what's wrong? Do you need to pee?"
He is making me insane. I turned off the car radio. "I don't need to pee," I said slowly just to make sure I am saying what I meant to say.
Robin's eyes grew confuse, "Then why did you ask me to stop the car?"
"Because I need you to stop whistling," I said.
"What?"
"I need you to stop the fucking whistling!" I shouted it so he will hear me clearly.
Robin winced at my loudness. "Okay, what is going on with you? You are acting weird, Blu."
I felt my eyes widened at him. "I'm acting weird? Me?" I pointed at myself as I chuckle. "You are the weird one here, Robin. Ah, lets see...you have been avoiding me since Sunday, then I learned that you kissed my bestfriend last Saturday and then you came into our classroom to drag AnneMarie away...hmm, weird. Lets say those things are weird, huh?"
Robin sighed as grab the car gear stick to move us again. "We cannot stay here or else a police will come to give us a ticket. Lets go home first so we can talk," he said.
"No," I shook my head. "Find us a quiet place to park and lets talk there. Quickly," I grabbed my bag and hugged it onto my body. I am buzzing. I need to move, to do something or I feel like I will internally combust right in the passenger seat of Robin's car.
I am going crazy. And it's all Robin's fault.
Robin who doesn't listen to me because instead of looking for somewhere close where we can park and have a conversation, he sped up a little to get us home much quicker. He parked his car right beside his old one but Robin didn't kill the engine. He kept the car running.
"What is it that you want to talk about first?" He asked, sounding even and calm.
"Lets start last Saturday night. What happened after I left the party?" I stared at Robin while waiting for him to answer.
