"The lights will be turned off..."

When I heard the emcee say those words, the first person that popped into my head was Robin.

Robin hates the dark. Robin go crazy when it's dark.

Robin may die when it's all dark.

I need to find Robin.

The last time I saw him, AnneMarie had pointed Robin to me. He was dancing with Cherry from the girl's swim team. Like Robin, Cherry is popular in St.Anne. She and her girlfriend Lalaine. They are both record holders in swimming.

But Robin is not the on dance floor now. I look around in panic. Where is he?

Then I found him. Staring at me. I look at him in worry. Wondering what he will do when the lights go out.

"2...1! Let it be dark!" The emcee shouted and lights disappeared.

Darkness swallowed the ballroom. Students ohhhed and some of them shriek in surprise. I heard AnneMarie calling my name but I am already moving.

Towards the direction where I saw Robin.

I moved. Bumping bodies on my way. Some protested, I apologized but I didn't stop moving along. I even go faster. It's too dark, I cannot see anything. I felt movement around me and sounds that my thudding heartbeats drown away.

Robin. I need to find Robin. That's my goal.

I almost shouted when someone suddenly grasped my hand and drag me. I almost stumbled because we are bumping people but it's dark and the one dragging me seems in a hurry. I tried shaking the hand off me but the hold is too tight.

Then sounds of a door being pushed forward and my...dragger and I stumbled on the hallway outside of the ballroom.

"Robin!" I finally saw who held my hand in a tight hold.

Robin is gasping for air. "I...cannot...breath..." he is clearly having a hard time.

"Oh no!" I pulled him this time. "Where should we go?" I am panicking. But I shouldn't. But I should. Robin cannot breath. "Outside! You need fresh air!" I exclaimed as I drag him to the side entrance of the History hall.

Robin and I spilled into the night. I look left and right. We need a place where Robin can seat.

"I can't..." Robin gasped behind me. I turned to him and found Robin looking pale with his eyes close. Still chasing his next breath.

He is dying. Robin is dying before my eyes. He will soon fell down and die if I won't move fast.

So I drag him by the side wall. We found a narrow ledge and I made Robin sit there.

"Breath!" I ordered him. "Just breath! You cannot die on me."

Mr.Akage will kill us both if Robin died. I know, that sentence doesn't make any sense, how can Mr.Akage kill Robin if he is already dead? But that's not what matters now.

Robin is the one who matters.

"You have to keep breathing. Inhale...exhale..." I stared at Robin who is breathing through his mouth. He is clawing at his collarbone.
