Crying helps.

Yes. I found that surprising as well...but after that crying session I had in my parents room, I felt a little better. I am aware that I am bottling things inside. Most of the time I don't know how to express them but I found out today that having a good cry helps to open up some closed space in my chest. I felt great after that cry.

And as weird as this may sound, Robin's presence helped me as well. He was right. He made me realize something really important. And that thing was...

I am not alone. Technically.

I have him. I have Mr.Akage, my guardian. And I have Mr.Gilbert. I also have AnneMarie. So yeah, I am not alone. Technically.

And that knowledge calmed me a little. Which is great. And I know a part of the relief I am feeling is because of Robin.

So yeah...maybe he is not that big of a jerk after all.

Dinner tonight was a bit late because we waited for Mr.Akage, thinking he is just running late but then my guardian messaged Robin to say that he won't make it to dinner tonight and that we can proceed to eat without him.

Mr.Gilbert served and fuss over us while we ate with him. "I will just leave a portion for Master Zane, you two should eat well."

"The food taste good, Mr.Gilbert." I said. He served pasta in beef ragu tonight and I love the taste.

"Thank you, Blu. How's your first day back in school?" Mr.Gilbert inquired.

I shrugged, "Quite usual." I answered simply.

Robin snorted from his seat, "When he said "quite usual", he meant pulling someone into an empty room against their will."

Okay, I take it back...Robin is that big of a jerk. Does he really need to impart that information to Mr.Gilbert?

Mr.Gilbert frowned at me. "Pulling someone against their will? Isn't that a form of bullying?" Giving me looks filled with concern. "Are you...a bully, Blu?"

"What?! No!" I denied that adamantly.

"He is," Robin said at the same time. "Exhibit A is my head."

I glared at him. "Stop with your head. You already milked enough sympathy from it. For how long will you use your head in this type of situation? And I am not a bully, you know that."

Mr.Gilbert nodded. "Yes, I cannot picture our Blu as a bully. You are a nice kid."

"I am," I nodded in agreement. Feeling pleasantly surprised when he said "our Blu". My mother used to do that when she is talking to Daddy. She pertained to me as "our Blu".

"Whatever," Robin grumbled as he eats. "There will be a ball in our school, Gilbert. For Valentine's or whatever."

"A ball?" Mr.Gilbert frowned.

"Yes," I nodded. "It will happen this Friday. It's the annual Love Ball..."

"Love Ball. I see," Mr.Gilbert nodded his understanding. "Will the two of you be attending this ball?"

"No," I said.

"Yes," Robin frowned at me. "You will not attend?" He asked me.

"No one asked me to attend," I said.

Robin gave me an amazed look. "You will not attend because no girl asked you to attend. Does that make sense? Do you need a date for that ball?"

"Well..."
