(BLU)

"Call the ambulance! Save my nephew!"
"Get out of the way, kid! Move!"
"He is losing a lot of blood. That one is dead..."
"Blood! Blood! No!"
"Blu! BlueJay! BLU!"

"Mama!" I woke up screaming.

"Blu, are you okay?" The door of my room opened to admit Mr.Gilbert. "Did you had a bad dream?" He sat on the edge of my bed and gazed at me closely.

"I don't know. I can't remember," I said. It's the truth, I can't remember what I dreamed about. I just woke up screaming my Mama's name.

"Well, it's only 4:35 am, do you want to go back to sleep?" Mr.Gilbert asked.

I shook my head. "I don't think I can. I'm awake now."

"Then how do you feel about starting your day early? Get ready for school and lets go have breakfast outside," Mr.Gilbert smiled at me. "Just the two of us," he added kindly.

Eating outside with just the two of us. That would mean eating without Robin. "I see..." now we have to eat separately too. That's just...peachy.

Mr.Gilbert sighed with me. I smiled at him. He hugged me. "Our good Blu. It's okay. Pancakes will help."

I nodded to that. Mr.Gilbert patted my cheek before he left to afford me time to get ready. I showered and brushed my teeth, then I donned my school uniform. I picked up all I will need from my desk, like notes and pens, before I slung my bag on my shoulder and get out of my room. Robin's door is slightly open and all the lights inside were turned on. I refused to wonder how he is sleeping like that again after knowing how to sleep in a dark room with me.

I refuse to think of Robin at all. I went to the kitchen instead.

"Here, have some cereal first to tide you up until we get to the breakfast place," Mr.Gilbert handed me a bowl with half serving of cereal and milk. "You shouldn't fill yourself too much. Remember, we will have pancakes later. Just let me finish making Master Zane's coffee and we will be good to go,"

I finished the cereal while Mr.Gilbert continued his work in the kitchen. I washed the bowl and spoon myself as he took off his apron and donned an overcoat. But before we leave, I went to my aquarium to feed my fishes.

"Eat a lot, my little fishy." I smiled while watching their little mouths gobbled up the pellet I sprinkled on the tank. I was about to wave at them when I saw a reflection of a face peering at the aquarium beside mine.

"You are up early. Why are you already dressed for school?" Robin asked, hair sticking out from his time on the bed.

I didn't answer his question. Instead I snatched my bag from an armchair and went to the main door.

"We will be having breakfast outside. I will drive Blu to school and pick him up afterwards from now on," I heard Mr.Gilbert said to Robin. "Our Blu is too precious to trust an employed chauffer to drive him around. I should do it,"

"I see," Robin hang around the hallway while I'm putting on my shoes. "See you at lunchbreak, Blu."

No, you won't. I inwardly snickered at him. Robin complained about my incessant complaining when we are in his car, and he also complained about me being too quiet. Well then, he will learn how quiet I can be. I can be as quiet as the dead. I will never talk to him again.

"I'll wait for you outside, Mr.Gilbert." I said after donning my shoes. I walked out of the main door first and waited by the elevator for Mr.Gilbert to join me.

He joined me soon enough. We rode the elevator to the parking floor and get into Mr.Gilberts modest Innova SUV. "Ah, it's great to be in a normal car again." I said with a smile.
