I used to hate a lot
It was all that I could hold onto
It consumed me
I hated people
I hated my parents
I hated life
I hated everything
Now
I just hate time
You never know how much you have
You never know how much you've wasted
You don't know how much there is left
And it seems to go so fast
Some days you want time to stop
Some days you wish it would end
But time is constant
It keeps going
It doesn't care what happens
It keeps moving on
Now matter what life throws at you
The sun sets again and rises despite you not being able to sleep
Or your tears that seem to be a constant stream
It keeps ticking by when you're on a time crunch
Or if you're doing nothing
Live your life they say
It's the only one you've got
It goes by in a blink
I didn't really think much on it
Since I seemed to have so much time
Now another year goes by
More work needs to be done
Things need to be set up and applied for
And it's almost time for me to leave
Amazing
I wish time would stop
But it never will
No matter how overwhelmed I get from these milestones
That are so close to bite me in the ass
No matter how much pain I receive
Just to go through it again and again
Time can be a gift or a curse
And I can't decide which one it is for me.
So I'll thank the line that gets cast out, just to pull me back in
Because whether you're spending your time 'wisely'
It's best to treat life with a grin
A/N: Hey you guys! Have you ever had those days where you would do anything to make time stop because there's so much to be done and you just need a break from everything? Yeah me too, all the time. Anyway I made myself write again I know the last one was sorta choppy, along with this one. I dont know, I guess I'm just not really in the rhyming mood. I want to do rhyming, but it just isn't coming out that way. Well either way vote, comment what you think. I've missed wattpad so much. I want to be on here more but despite me turning a new age I stil have school.
Until then.
