Midoriya's POV

I just stood there as we stared at each other when a random thought came to my head, 'What are we? Like relationship-wise.' "Hey, um, Todo." I started, looking away from him. Todoroki hummed in response. I could still feel his eyes on me and it didn't help with my nervousness.

"Uumm, well, I was wondering, sense, you know we both kinda confessed, w-what are we?" I asked, tripping and stumbling over my words. Todoroki's expression didn't change, except that now he looked as if he was trying to find words."Well, what do you want us to be?" Todoroki asked, answering my question, with a question. "I don't know. That's kinda why I asked." I mumbled, starting to dry my hair in order to distract myself.

"Let's see, I was thinking boyfriends?" Todoroki asked, standing up and walking towards me. 'H-He wants to be... boyfriends... with me?' I thought, doubting a bit. "Why? Why do you care so much?" I asked, looking down to my hands. "Because you're worth it and I feel like I couldn't find anyone more perfect." Todoroki replied almost immediately, walking over and hugging me. "You see, you're just the right size for hugs." Todoroki continued, leaning his cheek on my head.

I hugged back, chuckling. "Even with all my flaws, you still want to be with me?" I was so unsure about everything and it caused me to ask another question. "No one's perfect, I have flaws too. Just so happens, we have similar flaws." Todoroki said, confusing me a bit. "Similar flaws?" I asked. 'How could someone like him have flaws as big as mine?' I questioned myself. Todoroki knew so much about me, but I barely knew a thing about him.

"Well, we both hate being helped. We both feel like we're not good enough." Todoroki explained, now starting to rock side-to-side. I swayed with him and listened to his heart beat. "I don't know. I feel like you deserve better than me." I started, feeling my insecurities fill every inch of me. I pulled away a bit. "I mean, look at me, I'm a skeleton. Not much more than skin and bone." I continued, gesturing to my body.

I could feel the familiar burn as tears started filling my eyes. "Well then, you're the cutest skeleton I've ever seen." Todoroki replied, bending down to look me dead in the eye. He grabbed my cheeks and made me look at him. I could feel the tears falling down my cheeks. "I just, you deserve so much more than me." I mumbled, moving my eyes away from his.

"Do you just want to be friends plus a little more and see where everything goes?" Todoroki asked, moving his face in front of mine, forcing me to look at him. I slowly moved my head up and down as Todoroki's hands loosened their grip on my face. "Okay! That works!" I said, Todoroki's eyes still glowing. "You know, you were the one that said you'd need sunglasses, and I agree. You'll need them when you look in the mirror, 'cause you're too bright for me." I said, blinking a few times.

"And I thought I was cheesy." Todoroki said, giggling a bit. I laughed back and walked back into my bathroom, blow drying the rest of my hair. Todoroki leans on the doorway a few minutes later, now dressed and ready for the day, but not in uniform. At first, I was confused. That is, until I realized it was the weekend. I turned off the blow dryer and turned to look at Todoroki.

"What are you planning for the break this week?" I asked, remembering what I have planned with Aizawa. "Hm, my old man wants me home, so probably nothing but training." Todoroki replied, walking over to me, leaning in the counter. "That sucks. Maybe, when you're not training, we can find a time to hang out." I suggested, turning to lean on the counter next to him.

"I like that idea, but how are we going to plan it?" Todoroki asked, looking at me. "You have a phone don't you?" I said, raising an eyebrow at him. "Well yeah." He said, pulling his phone out from his back pocket. "There's the solution." I said, pointing to the phone with an amused face. "Here, let me put in my number." I offered, putting out my hand, palm up. Todoroki turned on his phone and typed something in before handing it to me. 'Probably his password.' I thought, taking the phone.

I entered my number into his contacts and put my name as Mido. I smiled a bit as I put in the nickname. I handed his phone back to him and pulled mine out, handing them to Todoroki. "Here. You have my number now, can I have yours?" I asked, still happy and smiling.

Todoroki gave a small, taking both phones. I felt my heart rate start increasing as I watched Todoroki. 'His smile is so precious.' I thought, feeling a small amount of warmth fill my checks. I looked down to my feet, feeling embarrassed for my thoughts. "Are you okay, Mido?" I flinched and looked up, seeing Todoroki holding out my phone, his eyes filled with worry.

"Oh! Sorry!" I started, rubbing the back of my neck. "I'm fine! Nothing to worry about!" I finished, smiling and letting my hand fall to my side. I grabbed my phone back giggling a bit. "You're all red. Are you sure you're okay?" Todoroki asked, tilting his head to the side, making himself look like a puppy or cat. I laughed, reaching out and petting his hair.

My breathe caught in my throat as I realized how soft and smooth his hair is. I felt my jaw drop a bit as I continued stroking his hair. "It's so soft." I mumbled, my hands not faltering for a second. "T-Thanks." Todoroki mumbled back, his face taking its turn to go red. I pulled my hand back, feeling embarrassed for how long I was petting him. "S-Sorry!" I said, taking a step back as my face heated up once again. "For what?" Todoroki asked, his cheeks a light pink.
