"I bet $50 that Sam will sing to Bucky to woo him."
Natasha and Wanda said at the same time.
"Nah, Sam and Bucky hate each other."
Steve said.
"Well guess we'll be $50 more richer soon."
Wanda said with some of her Sokovian accent coming through.
The three of them heard music coming from Sam's room.
"FRIDAY, pull up the footage from Sam's room please."
Steve asked.
The AI put the footage up onto the tv they saw a confused Bucky and a nervous Sam.
In Sam's room
Sam started the music and began whistling to the tune soon after.
"I'll swim and sail on savage seas, with ne'er a fear of drowning, and gladly ride the waves of life if you will marry me."
Living area
"Aw cute. Steve you better pay up soon."
Natasha told the man.
Sam's room
"No scorching sun nor freezing cold, will stop-."
"Will stop me on my jour...ney... Sorry."
Clint apologised from the vents.
Bucky rolled his eyes.
"If you will promise me your heart, and love..."
Sam started tearing up.
"And love me for eternity."
Bucky took over.
"My dearest one, my darling dear, your mighty words astound me. But I've no need for mighty deeds when I feel your arms around me."
"But I would bring you rings of gold, I'd even sing you poetry."
"Oh would you?"
Bucky asked.
"And I would keep you from all harm if you would stay beside me."
Sam sang.
"I have no use for rings of gold, I care not for your poetry, I only want your hand to hold."
Bucky retorted.
"I only want you near me."
Sam took over.
"To love and kiss to sweetly hold. For the dancing and the dreaming. Through all life's sorrows and delights, I'll keep your laugh inside me. I'll swim and sail a savage seas with ne'er a fear of drowning. I'd gladly ride the waves so white if you will marry me!"
They both finished.
"Meeeeeeeeeeeeeeee- I'm still going- eeeee. I'm done."
Clint sang from the vents before falling down.
In the living area
"So, will you marry me?"
Sam asked whilst kneeling down, opening a black velvet box.
"Y-yes! A million times yes!"
Bucky kisses him whilst Sam put the ring on Bucky's finger.
"Aw, your welcome Bucky. I helped Sam plan this."
Clint said.
"Thanks Clint."
Bucky said after they parted.
"What the fuck?!"
Steve exclaimed.
"Well, I never knew they were dating."
Natasha said in shock.
"I knew, I can read minds and I sorta planted the idea into Sam and Clint's heads from when Peter asked Shuri out."
Wanda explained.
A giddy Clint, a shocked Bucky and a happy Sam came walking into the living area.
"So, me and Bucky have been going out for 3 years and I just proposed."
Sam said.
"We know that you just proposed, we seen everything, but how have you kept your relationship a secret?"
Steve asked.
"We didn't really try. You guys are just dumb."
