12. "Don't move"

"Don't move."
Peter heard when he tried to sit up.

"You...shot...chest...mission...Doctor...operate...you."
Peter heard someone say before blacking out completely.

The next time Peter woke up, he was in a surprisingly comfy hospital bed and an annoying beeping sound coming from his right side.

He fluttered his eyelids open and tried to sit up.

"Hey, Pete. Just stay still."
Peter heard someone say.

"What happened?"
Peter mumbled.

"You got shot in the chest on the mission. Thankfully Dr Cho was still in the tower so she did the operation."
A male said.

Peter tried opening his eyes and it was much easier.

"Hey Mr Stark."
Peter said with a goofy smile on his face.

"Hey kid. You gave us all a scare."

Peter looked down at his chest. It was covered in bandages.

"How did I survive it?"

"The bullet missed all of the main organs but you lost a lot of blood. I'm surprised you're awake."
Tony said.

"I have super healing."
Peter said.

"Yes but Dr Cho wasn't sure if it would be enough to keep you alive."

"Oh."

"Dude! Did you hear that Spidey got shot?"
Ned asked. Ned knew that Peter was Spidey, he just wanted to make sure that whoever could hear them would stop listening.

"Yeah. I heard from Mr Stark that he's all good now."
Peter said, winking at Ned.

"That's good."

"Oh shut up Penis! We all know that you aren't Mr Starks intern so how could you know that?"
Flash shouted.

"I'm an intern at Stark Industries and I overheard Mr Stark telling someone about Spider-Man."
Peter said.

"Yeah right."
Flash sneered.

I can't sleep so I'm just finishing off the drafts it's 3:01am. I really need to sleep.
