Natasha: I'll go pack our bags. *walks away*
Steve: I'll be up in a second. I just need to do something. *smirks*
*one week later*
Tony: *sipping some water before realizing something* Hey, FRIDAY?
FRIDAY: Yes, boss?
Tony: Where is the Rogers family? I haven't seen them since last week.
FRIDAY: My memory is a little rusty, boss. From what I could recall, someone hacked into database to delete some files and footages from all around the compound. I recall that same day as the last time that the Rogers family last seen.
Pepper and Tony: *glance at each other*
Tony: So what are you trying to say? They were kidnapped or something?
FRIDAY: That may be a possibility.
Pepper: I'll check the kids' room.
Tony: No, I will.
Pepper: Tony, I - fine. *groans and rushes to Steve and Natasha's room*
Tony: *rushes to James and Sania's room and opens to door to see blood, bloody prints, and fragments of a broken window everywhere* HOLY SHIT!
Pepper: *rushes to Tony*
Tony: What did you find?!
Pepper: The room was just like this! *gestures to the kids' bedroom*
Tony: So, are you saying that we have the compound all to ourselves today? Ah, peace and - ow!
Pepper: *smacks his head* What the fuck, Tony?! This is serious! They could be in danger!
FRIDAY: Mr. Stark? Fury has arrived here in the compound now and is looking for you.
Tony: *pales*
Pepper: *gulps* You're... on your own, Tony.
Tony: Natasha is like a daughter to him as much as the kids are like grandchildren to him! We can't let Fury find out about this or he'll go ape-shit!
Fury: *behind Tony and Pepper* Find out about what?
*meanwhile in a beach in Cape Reinga*
Sania and James: *building a sandcastle*
Steve and Natasha: *watching them nearby*
Natasha: *cuddles closer to him* I'm glad we went here. We finally got some peace and quiet for a while.
Steve: *kisses her forehead* Me too.
Natasha: *smiles as she watches the kids*
Steve: You know, I didn't want us to go here just to unwind for a bit. It was dare by audreylei07 to go on a vacation with you guys, among other things.
Natasha: *smirks* I know, Steve.
Steve: How?
Natasha: *kisses him* You're a terrible liar.
Steve: I guess I still am, huh?
Natasha: Yep.
Steve and Natasha: *smile at each other adoringly*
