Steve: The rooftop. I've got a special dinner prepared for us there. *grins*
Natasha: *blinks* The rooftop?
Steve: *nods*
Natasha: *laughs* You made us dress so fancy-shmancy for a dinner at the rooftop?
Steve: *chuckles and shrugs* It's not as bad as it sounds, Nat. You love the starry view from the rooftop around this time.
Natasha: *wraps her hands around his arm and smiles* Yes, yes I do. Can we just go and stargaze after?
Steve: Of course we can, hun.
*later*
Steve and Natasha: *laying on the floor together, stargazing*
Natasha: You're getting better at cooking, you know.
Steve: *shrugs* I've been practicing.
Natasha: *smirks* Well, I just wanna say that I think it was the best steak I've had in years.
Steve: *chuckles and strokes her hair* But still. I could've taken you somewhere nicer and fancier but with all that's happening in the world right now, I guess we'll just have to settle for this in the meantime.
Natasha: *looks at him softly* Oh, Steve. But this is already amazing as it is.
Steve: Really?
Natasha: *nods* I couldn't have asked for more as long as you're here with me.
Steve: *leans over and kisses her* I love you.
Natasha: *kisses him back and smiles* Love you too.
