Over the next couple of days elves, men and dwarves arrive from every place in Middle Earth. I look around for Thorin but he does not appear. Instead Gloins son Gimli who looks a lot like his father in my opinion. I have not met any of the elves yet but I keep hoping Legolas will be among them. Aragorn walks over and smiles bowing "You are not greeting those arriving?" I smile "I am trying to keep Skylar from scaring anyone just yet.
He smiles and I say "How are you and Arwen?" he blushes slightly under his beard but smiles "I am shocked that she has not told you herself." I smile "She has but I am asking you." he smiles and fiddles with the book in his hand "I care for her greatly." I nod "The feeling is mutual." I notice that he is wearing the Evenstar "She gave it to you." he nods and touches it gently.
I smile and bow "Goodnight Aragorn." I walk away heading to my room. Around the corner, I see a familiar blond elf. I walk after him but he has disappeared into another room. I frown, do I really want to see Legolas so much? I smile to myself, yes. I buried my feelings for him when I sent him my letter never receiving a reply due to never staying in the same place for very long. He may never have sent one but I like to believe he did.
