"flow are you going to do these invitations or what ?" shay questioned flow as she sat down in front of the giant folder of all of the addresses and phone numbers to flow's and cameron's friends.
snapping out of her daze upon shay calling her flow placed the glass she had in her hand down.
"i am sorry what were you saying ?" she questioned shay looking at her
"oh my GOD you are really out of it today" shay noticed "i said are you going to these invitations" shay repeated herself gesturing towards the folder.
"na' " flow shook her head.
"what do you mean no flow ? you said we were suppose to get these done today because your wedding is like right around the corner" shay told her
"i don't think there is going to be a wedding" flow told shay easing up off the counter and going to refill her glass.
"WHAT" shay damn near shouted
"you heard me" flow told her.
"flow" shay called her name getting up off of the stool where she was sitting "what is going on ? what is up with you and cameron ?" she questioned flow
"we're just not in a good place" flow shook her head
"your joking right ?" shay asked "this could just be some pre-wedding jitters. i mean i have heard of people having it as early as when they just got engage. yeah that is it your just having -"
"no SHAY" flow cut off her "this isn't pre-wedding jitters or any of that crap. this feeling within me has been here for a minute and with the way things are going it is looking like it is here to stay"
"flow where is this stemming from ?"
"it is stemming from how he is just a fucking liar shay." flow scoffed throwing her hands up getting angry at the thought. "like he lies all the fucking time now" flow cursed the tears welling up in her eyes
"what is he lying about ?"
"what do you think ?" she asked shay
"i don't know that is why i am asking. what you think he is cheating ?"
"he might as well be" flow hissed reaching her hand to brush away a tear
"flow just come out and tell me because my head is spinning" shay begged of her as flow's talking in circles was making her fear the worse
"he is lying about him and his whereabouts. last night shay he came in here at fucking three in the morning and you know where he was coming from ?" flow asked her
throwing flow a look as if to say where shay stood there
"drew's house." flow answered
"what ?" shay asked taken a back a surprised look on her face.
"yeah. he's been there. i know because he reeked of fucking baby stuff and he wasn't here all day with us so it must be from being with her and ..and .." stopping herself she couldn't even bare to say the words "and his kid " she hissed just above a whisper her tears flooding her cheeks
"oh my gosh flow" shay sung bringing her hand to her face "when did you guys find out ?" shay asked as she was just finding out that drew's baby was cameron's.
"a couple days after she was born he went and took the paternity test.she's his" flow told shay "i just couldn't bare to tell anybody about it because i didn't know how to deal with it. and honestly shay i am falling to pieces over this" flow confessed feeling like she was about to have a full on break down any moment now.
"flow" shay sung catching flow before her knees gave way and putting her to sit on the chair
"just calm down" shay begged of flow as she was rambling
"i am sorry" flow told her trying to wipe the tears but they could not stop coming "i have been holding this in for more months now shay. and it is killing me. all of this is killing me" flow spoke gesturing towards nowhere in particular but signifying the life that she was living now.
"shay things are so messed up here. it isn't the way that i thought it was going to be. i thought we were going to move to l.a and everything was just going to be okay. i mean i should be okay right ? i got a dream house, nice cars and three wonderful kids and life and i know i should be thankful" flow cried "and happy, but i am not. i can't be. not when cameron leaves in the middle of the night at every call she makes for him to come over. not when he is gone all the time. and i know i should try to be understanding shay, but i saw cameron more when we where back home than here."
"flooow" shay cooed grabbing flow into a hug as she just did not know what to say.
"i can't believe i am crying" flow huffed
"your crying flow because you've been holding this in for a long time." shay pointed out
"no shay i am really crying because i think i want to leave him" flow told her being honest with shay or more importantly herself
"flow your just saying that" shay spoke backing up from flow
"no shay i really mean it" flow told her sticking to her words.
"really ?" cameron questioned causing flow to turn around. giving him a look flow said nothing to him as she didn't feel there was a need to. turning around on his heels cameron went out returning to wherever he was coming from
