Avu: lets go to doctor, we will see.

They reached hospital and they took appointment yesterday night only. After 2 couples their turn was there. They went inside and the doctor check her up. After check up they were waiting for results. They both catch's each other hands and was getting panicked.
Sid: calm down.
Avu: I am happy, but also sad. Siddharth how can we tell this to our kids, how they will react? But Sid I did surgery? Then how can we get pregnant?
The doctor, came and told them that
Doctor: congratulations you guys are pregnant.
Both get shocked and saw each other face.
Doctor: first time? Don't get panic, we will take care of you and your baby so well.
Sidneet: no! We already have 3 children, twins and one son.
Doctor: then why?
Avu: the main point is, they are very big 19 and son 15. 19 years gap and 15 years gap?
Doctor: this was by mistake?
