YOUVE GOT ME WAITING IN A QUEUE

Maddie's P.O.V-

I come out of the shower and quietly walk into Luke's room. I quickly check to make sure he's still asleep which he was. I walk out and down stairs where I find Liz. She was sitting in the kitchen table with a coffee in hand slicking through some Polaroids she had taken.

"Hey Liz" I giggle.

"Morning Maddie. You seem hyper and excited" She laughed.

"It's Luke's birthday. My boyfriend is 18" I giggle at the number. 18.

"My baby boy" She teared up and I gave her a quick hug.

"But it's fine because his birthday party tonight won't be full of girls wearing nothing and is going to to awesome because I organised it" I wink and she nodded. I had planned a surprise birthday party for Luke and he had no idea, I was so excited to see his face.

"I'll make his breakfast, you go wake the kid up" I nod to Liz who begins to cook and I walk towards the stairs.

"Maddie wait!" I turn around to see Jack with Zoe.

"Yeah?" I ask.

"The party tonight, it's not an open party is it?"

"No it's invited people only" I smile and he nods.

"That's good. It's fancy dress as well isn't it?"

"Yeppppp" I say making my way up the stairs.

"Got it" He shouts up. I get to Luke's door and open it quietly. He was still asleep so I walk to his bed. At first I think I should cuddle up next to him but I knew I'd just fall asleep too. I decide I was going to jump on him. I run and jump landing right on Luke's chest. I was in fits of laughter and Luke slowly opens his eyes.

"What the hell?" He asks and all I do is giggle. He moves a little so he gets comfy and I smile.

"Good morning. Guess what?" I say sweetly batting my eyelashes.

"What?" He grunts.

"YOU'RE 18! YOU GOT ME WAITING IN A QUEUE FOR A BAR I CANT GET INTO I'M NOT OLD ENOUGH FOR YOU I'LL JUST WAIT UNTIL I'M 18" I sing loudly and he laughs.

"You're such a dork" He gently kisses my check.

"I know" I say looking down at him. He takes my chin in his hand and makes me face him.

"But you're my dork and I love you" This time I kiss his lips. He wraps his arms around my waist and I put my hands of the two sides of his jaw.

"I love you too Luke" I say pulling out of the kiss as I remember Liz was waiting downstairs. I get up and pull him out of bed. He groans loudly showing me he didn't want to get up.

"Why are you making me get up?" He sighs.

"Because I don't want you to be lazy and I have planned something" I say and he rolls his eyes.

"Let me pee first" He says and I nod. I tip toe down the stairs and into the kitchen where Liz was finishing up.

"Is he coming?"

"He's just peeing"

"Can you make something so it's from both of us?" She smirks at me and I nod.

'Yeah sure' I get up and start cooking. I hear the stairs creek and I look to Liz. She stands behind the door and I continue to cook.

"I'm here, what do you want?" He says, his face lighting up as he sees the food.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" Luke jumps as Liz comes from behind the door. His eyes open wide and he jumps backwards. He clutches his chest so I walk over.

"Aww Luke" I hug him from the side as he calms down.

"Mother, I just died" He says and sits down.

"Happy birthday honey" She says kissing the top of his head. I bring his breakfast over, Liz and I sitting on the table too.

"Doing anything today Liz?" I say as she knows it's her cue.

"I was planning on taking Luke out if that's okay with you?"She says and I nod.

"Yeah that's fine" Luke looks up at me. I smile softly and get up, making myself a drink.

"I'm going to take Molly on a walk, be back in about 10 minutes" Liz says leaving Luke and I alone.

"I thought you had something planned today for us?"

"It was this breakfast" I smile.

"I thought we'd spend today together" He sulks.

"Luke, it's not like you'll be alone. You're going to be with your mum. I'll see you tonight" I say grabbing his empty dishes. I take them to the sink and begin to clean them.

I slowly feel two hands on my waist. I smile to myself as I knew it was Luke. He gently kisses my neck and shoulder, pulling my shirt across so he could kiss bare skin.

"Luke" I sigh.

"Yeah Mad?" He says continuing. I turn to face him seeing his smirk.

"What? Why are you smirking?" I ask raising my eyebrows.

"You're so cute but whenever I try and be all romantic you're like 'no get off me I don't like that' and I just want to be romantic with you" He says looking to the ground.

"I'm sorry Luke. I'm not good at this. Before I met you, I never let anyone touch my hips. Now, it's you're favourite place to hold" He gently puts his hands on my waist.

"Maybe it is" He says biting his lip looking at my hips making my heart race.

"Get changed! Your mum will be back soon" I say and gently push him towards the stairs.

"Can't you come? Me, you and my mum?"

"No, it's a mother-son thing. Go! We can spend tonight together" I say and he sighs going upstairs.

I quickly text Calum saying that Luke was going out and he instantly replies saying he'll meet me at the venue.

"Hey mads, come here" He shouts and I go up to his room where he was in just his skinny jeans.

"Yesssss?" I say sitting on his bed.

"What shirt?"

"Luke, I'm not Gok Wan, I don't know" I say and he giggles.

"Just pick a shirt" I throw a shirt at him and he smiles.

"Now get changed"

"It's my birthday and you're making me leave my house. Why?" He grunts.

"Because I love you. Go" I say and he changes. I walk down stairs and put the TV on.

"GOING" He calls out and I run to him. I wrap my arms around his back and put my head into his neck.

"I love you"

"I love you too" He pulls off and kiss my cheek as Liz hands molly to me.They leave and so do I, I needed to get the that venue.
