An apartment or house?

Maddie's P.O.V-

*3 months later*

I stand outside the ice cream shop and wait for Luke to come out with my ice cream.

"Ice cream for Miss Day" He says walking over and I smirk.

"Thank you Mr Hemmings"

"These names are cute" I smile and I nod. I take my ice cream and we continue our little walk.

"So, kids. How many do you want?"

"Wow, that was random and fast" He laughs, almost dropping his dessert.

"I'm sorry, it's just been on my mind for a while" I say biting my lip awkwardly.

"Two. It's a good number" He smiles.

"Me too. They can have siblings and grow up together so they don't feel lonely" I smile and he pulls me into a hug as we walk.

"We won't be having kids for a while yet though because I'm no where near ready so get that idea out of you head" He says kissing my forehead.

"Luke, I was playing with play dough yesterday I am no where near ready either"

"You were?" He stops and laughs.

"It was a joke" I say and he laughs even more.

"You don't have to feel ashamed, Michael still watches cartoons and I still love him" He kisses my cheek.

"Muke feels"

"Hey, I love you way more than I love Michael, well in a romantic kind of way"

"What kind of way do you love Michael?" I wiggle my eyebrows.

"Band mate love. Yours is I want to kiss her face multiple times love"

"That's cute" I say while kissing his cheek a few times. I hear him giggle and we carry on walking. He stops and I join him where I see him looking in the estate agent.

"I want us to have our own place soon"

"Me too" I sigh and look at all the houses.

"I have a question, would you rather live in an apartment or house?"

"House. You can't live in an apartment all your life" I smile.

"True. And when we have kids, we'll need a big house with a garden" He smiles at his thought.

"LUKE LOOK" I say getting excited as it was exactly what we were looking for. It had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big garden and it was close to his family. It was perfect for us and in our price range.

"Oh my god, it's perfect for us" He says getting excited.

"Look how pretty it is"

"Let's buy it" He smirks.

"What?"

"Well, I'll call my mum get her to bring some of my money down and we'll put a deposit down. What do you say?"

"I say you're amazing and I love you" I kiss his lips and he giggles.

"Let me ring her a second" He smiles and walks to a bench and rings his mum.

I look at all the other houses that were pretty but weren't right for us. I smile at the one we wanted to buy as Luke comes over.

"She'll be an hour so we can shop if you want, then we can come back" I nod and grab his hand, making our way around the shops. An hour had passed and we were both shopped out. We go to the car park where we were meeting Liz and I see her car. We run over like excited puppies as we get the deposit money.

"I hope this is a good house now" She smirks.

"It's perfect mum" He says wrapping his arm around my waist.

"Call me and tell me what happens" She says and drives off. I clutch Luke's hand tightly as I got more and more excited.

We arrive at the agents again and we go in. They soon sit us down and we tell them why we were here. They get as excited as us as we pay.

"Here we go, the documents saying you own the house. Congratulations Mr Hemmings and Miss Day, you're the new owners of house 13" She smiles and I couldn't keep my excitement in and I hug her.

"Sorry, I get excited easily" I laugh.

"It's okay, I'm happy for you both, enjoy your new house!" Luke smiles and shakes her hand.

We leave and as soon as I step outside the door and wrap my arms around him. I press my lips to his. I see everyone around us staring but I don't care I was extremely happy.

"We're in public" He laughs.

"I don't care, I'm happy. I finally have a house with the man I love" I smile and hug him.

"I'm so happy" He giggles.

"Me too" I say, giggling along with him.

"Let's ring mum" He smiles and walks to the car. We sit for a while and just look at the house documents to make sure they're real. He rings his mum who is just as excited as us. We actually had a house, our own place.
