You look Amazayn!

Zayn's P.O.V-

I slide my jacket on and straighten my tie. I was taking Maddie to my sisters birthday party and I had to look nice for her, she looked amazing in anything.

"ZAYN! SHES HERE" My mum shouts and I release a breath. I was nervous.

"Sadly" My sister says and my mum nods.

"You don't like her?" I ask and they look down.

"She's not the best"

"She's great, leave her alone" I say and walk towards the door.

"Maddie" I say while opening the door.

"Hi Zayn, you look great" She says while faking a smile, I knew she didn't want to be with me.

"Thank you. You look Amazayn!" I wink using her pun. I bite my lip and she giggles like a little girl.

"Shall we go? I got my car" She smiles. I follow her out along with my mum and dad.

"Here we go" I say. I could still see the pain on Maddie's face. I couldn't keep her with me, she hated it. We got to the venue and I could sense Maddie's sadness.

"Wanna dance?" She asks.

"Of course, let's go" She smiles and we go to the dance section of the party. We dance for a while before she gets out of breath and we sit down.

"Maddie, you can tell me anything you know" She looked upset and runs out of the party. I follow her and find her outside.

"Go away Zayn, you deserve someone better than me"

"Yes I do, you're amazing and beautiful. I think I'm... I'm... In love with you" I say and she looks up.

"You do?"

"Yeah and I know you don't love me so don't worry. That's why I'm going to let you go"

"What?" She looks confused.

"You don't think I know you're not happy? Maddie, you only want to be my friend"

"No Zayn, I don't want that, you mean so much to me. I'm just sad" she sighs and sits down.

"It's okay, you can tell me"

"I'm so sorry, I'm not good at expressing my feelings" She giggles a bit.

"I'm here for you" I say and rub her back for support.

"I am just missing home"

"We can go visit your parents soon if you want'

"Well no..."

'What? I have to meet them!" I joke.

"You can't Zayn, I don't speak to them. They hate me" She says and puts her fingers into fists.

"Oh I'm sorry"

"Not your fault, don't worry" She smiles.

"I'm sorry I made you tell me. It must be hard"

"No, it's okay. You're my boyfriend so you should know"

"And I'll always be here when you need me" She smiles and kisses me. She never usually kisses me, I normally make the first move. I pull off and take her hand and we walk into the party together. I introduce her to my whole family and she fakes some smiles.

"Hi Zayn" My sister says, avoiding Maddie on purpose.

"Hey sis, Maddie's in the room too" I smile and guide Maddie away. I didn't like when my family were mean to her. We sit down at our table and just eat, talk and laugh. It was so fun spending time with Maddie like this, she was herself and I loved it.

"Why did you choose me Zayn?"

"Well, you're sweet Maddie when I first met you, you looked stunning"

"You really thought that?'

"I thought Luke was extremely lucky to have you" She gulped and I quickly changed the subject. I knew he wasn't over Luke and I avoided talking about him.
