Meeting 1D

Maddie's P.O.V-

I jump down from Luke's bunk bed and go over to one direction who had just walked in.

"Hello, you must be Luke's girlfriend?" Niall says shaking my hand.

"How did you know?" I ask laughing.

"I saw you in his bunk. It'd be weird if you weren't"

"True" I say smiling. He looks over to Calum and goes to say hi. I greet the rest of the band who are extremely nice and I was happy to meet them.

"So, you're liking them then?"

"They're awesome guys"

"They are. Way cooler than I thought"

"Remember when you said 'one direction get money for miming' when we were on the beach?"

"Yes, don't bring it up!" He begins to laugh making me join in. We all decide to sit on the floor of the tour bus and play truth to get to know each other.

"I want to start!"

"Okay then Michael, begin"

"Zayn, What is one song that we've made that you don't like?"

"Personally I think it's she looks so perfect. It's great but it's not my favourite"

"I hate that one!" Michal replies and we all laugh.

"Okay Zayn, your turn to choose"

"Sure... Uh.... Luke! What are you going to miss most when on tour?"

"My family and our dog Molly. It's going to be hard" I see his eyes glass over to I put my hand on his leg for support and he smiles.

"Harry's turn!" I say trying to change the topic.

"Harry, who's your latest girlfriend?" We all laugh, including Harry.

"I don't really have one, I asked Taylor swift out though" He winks. I giggle again as I didn't mind her music.

"Harry's turn to pick!"

"Maddie... Who is your favourite member of one direction?" Luke grabs my hand as I hadn't spoke to anyone but Luke since I joined the tour but I knew I had to.

"Looks or personality?" I ask quietly, Calum and Michael looking at me in shock.

"Just in general. Who do you like?"

"I think that's either Niall because he's welcoming or Zayn because he's got a great face or Harry because I love main singers or Liam because he's funny or Louis because he has a good leather jacket.... I'm going to go with... Zayn" I say as I was nervous and I couldn't shut up. Luke laughs along with the other guys.

"Or you could have said Niall because he looks like my boyfriend" Luke laughs alone with me. After our game of truth, we all stop the tour bus and go out for pizza.

As I step into the restaurant, it brings back memories of when my parents had brought me here and tried to sell me for some pepperoni pizza. They didn't get any so they were all moody.

"It's nice here" Lena says to me and I nod. It was weird to be back here. It was in the UK, what were the odds of me going back here?

We sit on a giant table and all order pizza. When it comes, most of the table couldn't finish theirs and then they was me, finishing my last slice.

"You know how to eat a pizza!" Calum says and I shyly laugh. I was always told by my mum that finishing a whole pizza made me fat. I didn't care, pizza is too good to leave. After food, I feel Luke's hand fit into mine. Sadly my hands were the smallest things ever so I felt weird.

We all got up, my link with Luke not breaking. We get to the tour bus and we get into bed as our jet lag had kicked in. I turn over and hear Luke's little sobs. I see he was hiding his face and I felt extremely bad.

"Luke? Look at me"

"Yeah?" He asks trying to cover the fact he had been crying.

"Missing your family?" He nods and begins to cry again.

"I have to wait another 6 months"

"I know Luke, I understand but I promise you, time will fly and you'll be home soon" I say and put his head on my chest to comfort him.

"I hope so. I'm so proud of you for speaking to the guys today"

"It was the most nerve racking experience of my life"

"You did good, they really like you"

"They were really nice so it wasn't too hard. I'm proud of myself" I smile and he kisses my nose. Soon after he falls asleep so I get comfy and join him, these couple of months are going to be fun.
