Maddie's P.O.V-

I sit alone in the living room on my laptop. I had just plugged my phone in and it was blasting one of my favourite bands.

I sing along all day until a post on Twitter catches my eye. It was the picture of me and Luke at the beach yesterday. I see the caption and hashtag which was enough for me to cry at. A tear slipped out of me as I read the hashtag.

I did the worst thing possible at that moment in time and clicked on the hashtag taking me to over 6000 tweets using it.

Maddie looks like a fetus, she looks about 3 years old, wtf is she #MaddieTheBitch

Luke could do way better, Maddie is too ugly for him #MaddieTheBitch

I want Maddie to just leave, obviously no one likes her so why is she even here? I bet even her friends hate her! #MaddieTheBitch

Maddie is way too ugly to even be near Luke let alone date him!!!! #MaddieTheBitch

She doesn't deserve anything, she's an idiot and I hate her #MaddieTheBitch

I slide the laptop away from me and cry. I cover my face with me hands and cry until my eyes go red and sore, I knew they disliked me but I didn't know they hated me that much.

"Mads?" I hear Michael say and I try to cover my face. He walks in and but it's too late, he sees me.

"I'm fine Michael" I say and he shakes his head. He grabs the laptop and begins to read.

"Maddie, I'm so sorry, these are horrendous" He says pulling me into a warm, caring hug.

"Michael, they all hate me" I say in and out of tears.

"Only a few don't like you, the rest of the fandom are welcoming and love you"

"And I love those fans but these fans..."

"They're just jealous. Give them a few months and they'll get over it"

"You know that?"

"It happened with Anna and Lena. They all love them now" He smiles and I nod. I shut my laptop down and we watch a film to take my mind off it.

"Uh Michael?"

"Yeah?"

"Don't tell Luke"

"What?" He says sitting up.

"You can't tell him. He'll kick off and I don't want the fandom to hate him as well. Promise me Mikey"

"Okay fine I promise" He sighs and I hold his hand.

"Thank you" I say and continue to watch the film.

"He will find out though" He whispers and I sigh. I barely even look at the screen as I'm too upset about it. They hated me, the 5sos fam hated me.
