You're scaring me

Maddie's P.O.V-

*1 year later*

I sit on my sofa eating as usual. I was watching my favourite TV show alone, It was boring when Luke was on tour.

I see my phone ringing and I run over. It was Anna which was unusual considering she only texts me.

"Mads?'"

"Is there something wrong? You sound scared?"

"Yeah"

"What's up?"

"Stuff"

"Stuff? What kind of stuff?" I was getting extremely worried with every word.

"Something's wrong" She cries.

"You're scaring me"

"Just come over. Please. I need you" She puts the phone down and I wipe my eyes. Anna was never like this so I was terrified.

I grab my coat and run out. I lock my door and quickly drive to Anna's house which luckily wasn't far away.

Her door was open and all I could see was mess. All over the floor was rubbish and books that looked like they'd been thrown.

"ANNA!"

"Kitchen" I slowly make my way to the kitchen where she stands next to the fridge.

"Are you okay?"

"Here" She throws me a small box that contained a pregnancy text.

"You're pregnant?" I got butterflies just thinking about their child, they would both be amazing parents.

"I haven't done the test yet Maddie, I can't"

"Why?"

"Calum just left for tour" She sighs. They were going to be on tour for 8 months.

"But you can't wait until he gets back, you might've had the child"

"We've been trying for so long now and I thought he'd be here when I finally was taking the test"

"Have you had any symptoms?"

"I'm late and I've thrown up for 4 days in a row"

"Aha, you probably are but you need to do the test"

"But I need Calum"

"We can Skype him. An, you need to do this" I say and she nods.

"Can we Skype him please?" She says wiping her tears. I nod and she connects Skype to Calum.

"Hey babe, you okay? I'm just about to sleep" He says.

"I'm fine but I need you to be here while I do something" I see Michael and Luke come in the room.

"Anna? Maddie? What are you calling them for cal?" Luke asks.

"They called me?" He looks confused and the whole band sit around the computer, including Ashton.

"This is kind of private guys" She says and they all nod and leave apart from Calum.

"What's going on?'" He says and she lets out a breath.

"I think... I think I'm pregnant" She says and he parts his mouth in shock.

"REALLY?" He looks excited.

"I'm late and I'm sick but I'm just about to do the test. I thought you'd want to be here"

"I do, I'm so glad you called" She smiles at the screen.

"Here I go" She laughs and runs up to the toilet leaving me and Calum.

"How is tour?"

"Great, the fans are really sweet but I miss Anna" He smiles.

"She misses you too. Luke behaving himself?" I ask and he smirks.

"He is still here you know" I hear Luke say.

"No groupies with him?" I say raising my eyebrows.

"I'm married to you, I don't need anyone else" He says coming into shot.

"Oh, I thought you would've by now. I need to call James then..."

"WHAT?" He opened his mouth and I laugh.

"I was joking, Luke I am in love with you and no one compares to you"

"Awwww when I come home I am going to make you regret that"

"Fine with me" I wink as Anna comes in the room. She holds the test and shows me. Two red lines, it was positive.

"Soooooooo..." Calum says and Anna's face lights up.

"YOU'RE GOING TO BE A DAD MR HOOD" She says and Calum begins to cry.

"YAYYYYYYYYYYYY" The rest of the band shouts and pile on Calum. I cuddle Anna as she cries with joy, I was so happy for them.

We end the call and she cries again. She turns to me and I could see pain in her eyes.

"An?"

"I'm 2 months... They're away for 8 months" She says and pouts.

"He'll fly back, don't worry, it'll all work out" I say and hug her. She smiles.

"I'm going to be a mother"

"Be better than mine please" I joke and she nods.

"You know I will. Will you be the godmother? I know I have to ask Cal but he'll want you as well"

"Of course I will! YAY" I say and hug her again. She was happy and that made me happy.
