You haven't stopped smiling since you left the building. Laughing and walking together in unison, you don't even realise when you stop in front of a brightly lit building with beautiful music pouring out. As you're looking up at the bright lights, Bucky holds the door open for you to enter. You cheekily smile at him as you walk in.
Upon going inside, you're met by the perfect historical setting of round tables, an open dance floor and a traditional band on stage. Everyone is dressed in the same style as you and Bucky. Even some older folk, who you assume are veterans, are there watching the dancing.
Bucky places a hand on your back and guides you towards a table where you barely have time to put down your purse before he pulls you straight onto the floor. Holding you close, you sway to the beat and look into one another's eyes smiling.
Just then you notice everyone around you begin to join in, singing with the band. You look back and sing softly to one another. It's possibly the most corny yet romantic moment of your life. You remain dancing for the rest of the song, perfectly happy, wishing it would never end.
