*3 months later*
You've managed to explain your side of things to Bucky now. You even showed him the original article, before J butchered it. He milked the stupidity in sending the wrong file on an email for a while. Being mocked by a 106 year old man for your incompetence when it comes to technology isn't exactly the best feeling, but if you don't laugh you'll cry. Again.
You've seen each other a lot over the last few months. You don't want to label anything but, yes dates are involved. It was a slow start, but you're pretty much back to being infatuated with one another. He even helped you to realise what you wanted to do with your career next; photography. It's always been your passion. You tried it a while ago after you finished school. In fact that's what you were doing when you first met in DC. Because it was never stable enough, and you didn't believe you could actually do it, it never took off. But you figured building up a portfolio was a good place to start before developing advertisement.
Mainly, your days consist of walking around the city, just taking pictures of anything that inspires you. Bucky helped with that too. It's hard to explain how, but walking with and to meet him has made you trust the streets more. You still get nervous but you don't have to take cabs everywhere now.
Taking pictures of people always made you happiest. Being able to capture specific moments between people and show how they were feeling in that exact second was the reason you got into photography in the first place. He hates having his picture taken most of the time but every now and then you catch him smiling. Alice has also been helping where she can to be a model. You even managed to get her in the gala dress for some more special event styled photography. You tried to get Bucky back in his tux but it proved impossible.
The point is, life is good. For once, it feels like all aspects are progressing: professional, emotional, social. So of course, something has to rock the boat.
