Don't Look Back In Anger - Oasis
You're walking along Westminster Bridge with Bucky's jacket over your shoulders, arms around one another. You've just been strolling around the city for the past half an hour, enjoying each other's company. It's only when Bucky pulls out his watch that you realise the time.
Bucky
"It's 11 already."
Y/n
"We should probably start heading back."
You both stop for a second and stand, leaning on the wall overlooking the glistening currant. He looks at you as you watch the light dance upon the little waves.
Bucky
"You tired?"
As you answer, you turn your head to look at him with sly eyes.
Y/n
"Nope..."
He rolls his eyes as he puts his arm back around you and bites his bottom lip. You laugh under your breath as you walk further along the bridge.
Eventually, you decide to take the tube back. It's about an hours walk because of your detour and you haven't seen any available cabs. Plus the station closest to your brothers place is only a few stops.
You swipe into the underground and make your way down to your platform, still holding each other tight. You only stop briefly to spare some change for a homeless man next to the escalator.
When you get on the train, it's mostly empty. Only a few people are aboard, obviously going home after a night out. And unfortunately, drunk.
