Battle Royale: Final

Mya POV

"Hey guys...someone is falling from the sky."

I looked up after hearing Iris, someone was definitely falling. Lapis's face suddenly looked shocked as he jumped up.

"It's Muji."

I blinked twice.

"What?!"

Lapis jumped and caught him, landing back on the ground. I looked at him, he was all beat up.

"Jax didn't do this...did he?"

A loud thud landed near us as we all looked, seeing a very large woman, she had to at least be six foot. She looked like a maniac, she had the same features Lapis besides his unique eyes, but a more notable feature was her scars.

"They're all over her..."

"This your guy?"

She threw Jax in front of us as he hit the floor, he was beaten up more than Muji was. I looked to Muji, I felt less bad now.

I walked over and made sure he was alive before turning to the woman.

"Umm...yeah. Thanks...?"

"Hey I have a question. Are these guys strong?"

I blinked twice.

"Did she not sense them fighting earlier?"

"I sensed some crazy power earlier, so I came to fight too. I hit them once and now they're not even able to fight anymore."

She leaned down and looked me in the eyes, scaring me a bit.

"Are you strong? Wanna fight?"

"Lady Taylor!!!"

The two of us looked to the top of the canyon, seeing two more people. They both jumped down as a small girl began to kick the tall ones legs.

"I told you not to run off without us! You know how much of a dunce you are right?!"

The small girl noticed me and turned around, bowing a bit.

"I'm sorry, Lady Taylor here is a bit unhinged, I'm sorry if she caused you guys any trouble."

I shook my head.

"No it's fine- wait did you just say Lady Taylor??"

"Taylor here is the princess of the Reynolds Kingdom. She's also apart of the Generation."

Adjest showed up next to me out of nowhere as she extended her arm.

"Hello again Taylor."

"Adjest! It's been forever! You're kinda small now."

Adjest smiled a bit.

"No I'm sure you just got really big."

Seeing the two next to each other made me more certain that Adjest was just the ideal princess. I turned to the other girl who just smiled.

"I'm Isis."

"Woah, she has her own Iris. I'm Mya."

I looked behind them and seen a guy standing their, he didn't seem like he wanted to talk.

"Oh he's Isaac. Don't mind him, he's an introvert."

"I am not, I just fail to see the point in socializing with people who could be future enemies."

"Or allies Isaac."

I laughed a bit before turning back to Taylor.

"To answer your earlier question, Muji and Jax aren't weak at all. They were just tired from their earlier fight so they weren't at full power."

Taylor hummed before gasping a bit.

"I interrupted a fight, and they were already tired. I'm sorry...I just love to fight. Battles that make my blood pump and my muscles ache, that's what I love. All the other guys I've fought so far have been weak so I got a bit excited."

Taylor bowed a bit.

"Sorry, I'll wait until you guys are healed up and then we can fight."

"Don't apologize to me you did nothing wrong. I don't want to fight her!!"

In the end we all ended up hanging out together. Isis was a healer, which made me more sure she was an Iris, but they healed up Jax and Muji.

Muji woke up rather quickly but Jax remained unconscious.

"So you're all healed up now right?! Let's fight to the death!"

Muji laughed nervously.

"Maybe another time. Anyways, I'm getting out of here."

I stood up and grabbed Muji's arm.

"Why? Why're you going?"

"Well it's obvious Jax has a problem. If he wakes up he'll probably attack me again and I honestly don't feel like dealing with it. The event will be over in a few minutes so I'm out."

I squinted a bit before poking his back, Muji's entire body stiffening up.

"Stop acting tough. Lay down."

I chopped Muji's shoulder as he collapsed, hitting the ground. Taylor walked over and looked at me with sparkles in her eyes.

"You're really strong. Fight me."

I blinked twice.

"W-Wait there's been a misunderstanding-

"Attention! All contestants stop what you're doing! The event has officially come to an end!! In a few seconds all contestants will be teleported back to the arena!!"

Just like she said I suddenly found myself back in the arena. Many people were cheering and or shouting, it was incredibly loud. I looked around and found Grandpa and the others, to which I then waved with a smile.

Ms Demeter began to announce the winners, to my surprise someone had over 400 points, which was a third of the entire starting number. My group passed, we actually placed 10th out of all the teams.

"All contestants who are injured please step this way, we'll have the Kingdoms best healer patch you right up! For the rest of you, you can either way in the spectator stands or you can go sit with any family or friends you may have in the crowd. We will begin the next event in thirty minutes so be ready!"

After Muji got healed we headed up to the crowd seats where Grandpa was. Karin came running towards us as Muji picked her up with a hug while laughing.

"You've gotten so big. It feels like it was just yesterday when I named you."

"Muji...I missed you so much."

Karin and Muji were both shedding tears, I decided to let them have their moment as I headed over to Grandpa.

"Grandpa. It's been so long."

I started to tear up a bit too.

"I've been through so much...and I've trained so hard..."

Grandpa hugged me and kissed my forehead as I hugged him back.

"You've gotten stronger than even me. Good job Mya."
