I'm standing here in the Cobra Kai dojo, surrounded by the Miyagi-Do crew in their white gis and the Eagle Fang squad rocking their red gis. I'm in my Miyagi-Do gi too.

And of course, the Cobra Kai students are decked out in their intimidating black karate gis. It's like a sea of colors, each representing a different dojo and their unique style.

But my focus isn't on the colors. It's on the girl across the room, Tory. This is the first real time we've come face to face since everything went down.

I know that she was at the water park when we were all there but I paid her no attention. I was too busy reading a book.

I can feel the tension building up inside me as our eyes meet. It's like a clash of titans, and I can't help but wonder how this fight will play out.

As I scan the room, my heart sinks a little. I notice that Eli, or Hawk as we used to call him, isn't here. He's been a part of this whole rivalry, and I expected him to be here, ready to fight.

Well, the last time he's been apart of this rivalry was back at the All Valley tournament. He hasn't come by for training at all since the dojo opened back up.

The absence of his familiar face throws me off balance. It makes me question if he's decided not to take part in the boys' fight.

In that moment, a mix of emotions floods over me. Confusion, disappointment, and maybe even a hint of worry.

I shake it off, reminding myself that I need to stay focused. This fight is about me, about proving myself and finding my own strength.

The room is charged with anticipation, and I can feel the weight of the moment. But I stand tall, my determination unwavering.

This is my chance to show everyone what I'm made of, to face Tory head-on and prove that I'm not backing down. No matter what happens, I'm ready to give it my all.

But soon, the fights will start and Miguel and Robby are hoping that Eli will show up.

I walked over to Miguel to talk to him.

"So is he coming?" I asked him.

"I don't know." He shrugged, getting worried. "He said he'd think about it but he never gave an answer."

"If he didn't say anything about it then he most likely isn't coming."

"But neither Robby and I wanna fight. It has to be him."

"Even if you guys don't want to fight, one of you will have to." I said.

I am starting to get worried. We're putting all of this hope in Eli and he isn't here. And he most likely won't show up. He wants no part of this drama.

"Maybe we can stall.." Miguel tried to suggest.

"It's literally about to start." I shook my head. "He isn't coming."

Robby then came over. "We're gonna need another game plan."

"We can't change this plan." Miguel said.

And Miguel is sounding pretty adamant about this. He doesn't want to put himself in this situation. He believes that Eli is the right person to be a part of this fight. If Miguel was panicking, he wasn't showing it. He was being as calm as he can be even though Eli isn't here.

"Hawk isn't coming so we need to decide between you and me who's fighting in his place." Robby said.

And he sounded pretty clear with what he's saying. He isn't going to change his mind but it seems like it'll be hard to change Miguel's.
