*Sam's P.O.V*
I approach the Cobra Kai dojo, and my heart races as I take in the sight before me.
The dojo is surrounded by students from both Miyagi-Fang and Cobra Kai, their expressions a mix of shock, confusion, and relief. It's a surreal moment, like something out of a movie.
The flashing lights of the ambulances and police cars create a chaotic atmosphere, their sirens blaring in the background.
The crowd whispers in hushed tones, their voices barely audible amidst the commotion. I can't help but feel a surge of emotions as I take it all in.
My mind flashes back to the All Valley tournament, where everything changed. Terry Silver, the man who had been pulling the strings behind Cobra Kai, was finally exposed for his corrupt actions.
I remember the intense relief that washed over me as my dad defeated him with a powerful crane kick.
As I stand here, surrounded by the aftermath of the battle, a sense of relief floods through me.
The Cobra Kai's reign of fear and manipulation has come to an end. It's a moment of triumph, and I can't help but feel grateful for my dad's strength and courage.
The future may still be uncertain, but for now, I can take a deep breath and savor this moment of victory.
With a blanket wrapped around me, I can feel relaxed. It feels good to be honest. The enemy has been taken down and perhaps, there's a way to move forward without the serpent.
"Hey." I heard a voice. "Is the seat taken?"
I turned to the voice, a little startled because I was lost in my own thoughts. But relief washed over me as soon as my eyes laid upon the person that's near me.
It's Eli. With his vibrant blue hair, and it looks like he's at peace too. Well, maybe with karate but not with me. Not yet, at least.
I smiled a little. "The seat is open."
He smiled too before he sat down on the hood of the car that I ended up staying at because I got tired of standing. It made sense. I felt like I've been fighting for an hour and my knees are tired. They were starting to feel like jelly.
"We officially took down Cobra Kai." I heard Eli say.
I looked at him. "We?"
"Yeah." He nodded, "We're in the same dojo, aren't we?"
"Well, yeah, we are but I never thought I would hear you call us a we."
He got the hint of what I'm trying to say and he nodded, suddenly thinking back to everything that happened. It's still like a punch to the gut. Me hurting him and probably crushing his soul, his spirit. He took a break from karate. That shows how much he was hurting from the breakup and when he saw Miguel kissed me.
"I'm still not fully healed by what happened.." he trailed off, "I thought my whole perspective changed that day. I thought maybe I deserved better and perhaps, some people will say I do. But I don't want better. I just want you."
"You do?" I asked.
He nodded. "Yeah, I do."
"And not Moon?"
He raised an eyebrow. "Moon? What are you- are you talking about when she was over at my house? We were just two friends hanging out."
"But you looked so happy." I said, "You looked so happy and at peace that I thought maybe I ruined every chance I have with you."
"I was happy because I was distracted and I wasn't completely distracted by what occurred in the past. I needed a day where I was myself and wasn't moping around the whole time."
