I walked through the front door, feeling the weight of the day's qualifying matches at the dojo. Man, what a rush! It was all so intense. But now, it was time to unwind.

I kicked off my shoes and made my way to the bathroom. As I peeled off my karate gi, I couldn't help but notice the green hair dye clinging to my strands.

Ugh, it just wasn't working for me. Time for a change.

I turned on the shower, letting the steam fill the room. Stepping under the warm water, I began to scrub away the green.

It took some effort, but slowly, my natural hair color started to show. Phew, what a relief!

After spending some time in the shower, I finally felt clean and refreshed. Wrapping myself in a cozy towel, I dried off and slipped into my favorite comfy clothes. Ah, much better.

Looking at myself in the mirror, I saw my true reflection. No more green hair, just me.

I still had some things to figure out, but for now, I was content. Ready to relax, I left the bathroom and embraced the peace of my home after a long day.

I entered my room and laid down on my bed. I would feel the comfort of the cold sheets that would send a chill up my spine but it was a good chill. I just took a deep breath as I got comfortable.

I felt good about helping out my teammates but it didn't mean that everything from now on is going to be smooth sailing.

I'm still taking a break from karate. I'm going to figure things out and I don't need the drama.

Even though I was able to work well with Miguel and Sam, there is still some things that need to be fixed.

Sam and I need to have a long talk about us.

And then Miguel and I need to repair any damage that has been done to our friendship. I'm willing to hear him out now and possibly forgive his ass. I think he's been tortured enough already.

Laying down, alone on my bed, I couldn't help but shake the thoughts about everything. Each memory echoed in my mind, a constant reminder of the complexity of the situation.

A sigh escaped my lips. My eyelids grew heavy, my bed beneath me inviting. I decided to surrender to the pull of sleep, promising myself to wake up with a clearer mind and a lighter heart.

As the day began to fade into a soft evening, I found myself sitting at the kitchen table, a heaping bowl of mac and cheese in front of me.

The rich, creamy aroma filled the room, making my stomach grumble in anticipation. I took a bite, the taste as comforting as a warm blanket on a chilly night.

Halfway through my meal, the familiar buzz of my phone caught my attention.

It lay on the table next to my bowl, the screen lighting up with new messages. I wiped my hands on a napkin, curious about who could be reaching out at this hour.

Picking up my phone, I saw a few unread messages flashing on the screen. I felt a small jolt of surprise mixed with curiosity.

Who was texting me, and what could they possibly want? I couldn't help but wonder as I unlocked my phone to read the messages.

And who is it, you might ask? It's Miguel. He had sent me multiple messages.

Miguel the snake🐍: Something went down at the celebration party.

Miguel the snake🐍: Sam found out that she actually won the All Valley tournament and that Terry had paid the ref to ensure Cobra Kai the victory.
