A/N lol! I'm sorry I stopped posting for a while.. I do have a bunch of these saved up I've just been busy with life lol i haven't been feeling the happiest lately but I will probably feel better soon. So enjoy!

By the way y'all in this universe may is dead. Uhh yeah Peter also has been just in foster homes! So uh yeah that's all!

"You're a real piece of work, Parker," Tony muttered under his breath as he watched Peter hurriedly pack his meager belongings into a worn backpack. It wasn't the first time Tony had seen the kid trying to sneak out of the Stark Tower like a shadow slipping through cracks.

Peter froze mid-motion, the sight of Tony leaning against the doorway making his heart sink to his shoes. He knew that look – a mix of exasperation and genuine concern that Tony often wore when he was about to embark on one of his 'dad lectures.'

"You can't keep doing this, Pete," Tony finally said, his tone surprisingly gentle for a man who could build weapons that could level a city block. "You can't just sneak off whenever things get tough."

Peter's eyes dropped to the floor, feeling the weight of Tony's disappointment like a physical force. "I-I know, Mr. Stark," he stammered, fingers fidgeting nervously with the zipper of his backpack. "But I thought..."

"You thought I wouldn't notice?" Tony interrupted, his voice softening slightly as he pushed off from the doorway and crossed the room to stand beside Peter. "Kid, I notice everything. You're part of this family now, whether you like it or not."

Peter looked up, meeting Tony's gaze with a mixture of gratitude and uncertainty. "Family?"

Tony sighed, running a hand through his hair in a gesture that betrayed his own vulnerability. "Yeah, kid. Family. I know we've had our... moments," he admitted, a hint of wry amusement tugging at his lips, "but that's what families do. They drive each other crazy and then they pick each other up when things go sideways."

Peter swallowed hard, feeling a lump form in his throat at Tony's unexpected confession. For years, he'd bounced between foster homes, feeling like an outsider no matter where he landed. But here, in this sleek penthouse that felt more like a futuristic playground than a home, Tony Stark was offering him something he'd never dared to hope for – a place to belong.

"So, what do you say, Pete?" Tony asked, his voice breaking through Peter's thoughts. "You ready to give this family thing a shot?"

A hesitant smile tugged at the corners of Peter's mouth as he nodded slowly. "Yeah, Mr. Stark. I think I am."

Tony clapped a hand on Peter's shoulder, the weight of it grounding and reassuring all at once. "Good," he said, his grin widening into something almost resembling pride. "Now, let's get you settled in properly. You've got a room to decorate and an AI assistant to annoy."

As Tony led Peter down the hall, the Stark Tower hummed with life around them – a testament to the unexpected bonds that had formed within its sleek walls. For Peter Parker, it was the beginning of a new chapter, one filled with the kind of family he'd always dreamed of but never thought he'd find.
