Autumn

Autumn couldn't sleep. Her mind just would not shut down no matter how exhausted she was. I hated her. I hated her and she was dead. Mia is my sister. Half sister. Max Roberts was my father. I hated her. He killed them. She felt like she was losing her mind. The same thoughts kept running on a loop.

She looked down at Winter. She loved him so deeply but now she didn't even know who she was. Would things change between them? Now she was being irrational. He didn't care what her name was or who her father was.

She snuggled up next to him. As long as she had him, she would be okay. They would figure it out together.

Reece

Our lives would have been so different he thought as he poured over the papers Siobhan had given them. She had done her due diligence that was for sure. She even had a signed statement from Robert Smyth stating that he had been called upon by Roger to dispose of the bodies and he listed exact coordinates where the bodies were buried. Bodies? His mother. Why had he said he hated her?

He was going to be a father, and he had spent his life hating his parents. He had believed Roger. Believed she left. Why had he been so stupid?

He rubbed his temples as he saw Marjorie stir. She was carrying his child and he was disturbing her. He turned out the lights and pulled her into his arms.

Amelia

Mia sobbed into Charlotte's chest. She would never get the chance to talk to her father the way she had pined for since she was a child. Roger had killed them and then manipulated her in to hurting Reece and Autumn. Autumn was her sister and he knew it. He wasn't just trying to tear Autumn and Reece apart. He wanted them to hate her too. He wanted to control all of them, but he especially wanted to destroy her, and she stupidly walked right into his trap. How could she have been so stupid?

Charlotte didn't know what to do. Mia was inconsolable. She wanted so badly to fix this for her. To protect her from having to go through this, but she knew there was no way around this for Mia or any of them. They had to go through it, but they didn't have to go through it alone. Not this time.
