“Make sure no one disturbs us”
“Erick, what are you doing?” I said it with a clenched jaw. I didn't want to attract more ordinances. I have seen how people gave us looks when he dragged me.
"Erick, let go of me. Sabrina is alone there,” I said once again while trying my best to get my wrist out of his tight hold. He didn't let go of my wrist and dragged me inside the washroom. He locked the door before pinning me to it.
“What the hell is wrong with you?'' I said in annoyance while putting my hands on his chest to push him away. He did not even budge an inch from his place.
“You tell me what fucking is wrong with you?” he questioned me, instead making me look at him.
“Tell me how long you're going to keep believing like Daddy's little spoiled girl,” he said with a clenched jaw, looking straight into my eyes.
“Tell me how long you are going to keep denying our relationship. We are going to get engaged in fucking three days, and you are still refusing to accept our relationship,” he said in anger, looking straight into my light-green orbs.
“What do you want me to do, huh?” I retorted, marching in his tone. “You want me to laugh like a crazy woman and tell everyone how happy I am that I'm getting married to Erick Villain?" I said with a clenched jaw. He dares to ask me that.
“You want me to show them how happy and willingly I'm accepting this forced marriage to the man whom I despise so much?” I threw that question in his face. His jaw clenched even more.
“Answer me!” I screamed, looking straight into his cloudy blue eyes. They had turned ice-cold when I threw my questions at him. His nose flared, and he moved even more forward, cutting the inch of distance left between us. His hard chest smashed into mine, and my breath hitched. He grabbed my face, making me look at him.
“Yes, I want you to fucking do that. Yes, I want you to fucking select your engagement ring and not your twelve-year-old sister. Yes, I want you to be happy because you are getting married to Erick Villain. Do you have the slightest idea of how big of an opportunity you are getting on a platter for free without effort,” he said in his spin-chilling voice, looking straight into my eyes? His every word was dripping with arrogance.
“Women are dying to be in your place, and don't think that I'm happy and so excited to get married to you. If it were in my power, I would never see your face again. I despise you a hundred times more, but I'm still dealing with your bullshit. You are getting more than you deserve, so accept it willingly with all your heart before I lose my sh*t and decide to get your whole family on the streets,” he sneered in his spine-chilling voice, looking straight into my eyes. How dare he blackmail me? I was burning in anger.
“And if you still want to test my patience, Remember one thing, my doll? If I back out, no one will. I repeat, no one will help your father. He will be on the streets the very next day with your whole family, including you, and you will be responsible for it,” he said with an evil glint in his cold blue eyes. My lips twitched in anger, and my heart drummed loudly under my rib cage. I curled my fingers into a fist. I badly wanted to slap him, but I know I can't. I have to think about my family because I know how heartless this man is. An angry tear slides from my left eye.
"I hate you," I said, with hatred in every word as I looked at him through glassy eyes. His lips curled up in an angry smirk. His fingers dug into my cheeks. Moving his face forward, he cut the distance between our lips. Slamming his lips over mine. My eyes widened at the way he started kissing me so roughly. He kissed me hard and fast while his grip on my face stayed put and did not let me move my face, not even by an inch. More angry tears slipped from my eyes when I closed my eyes. As if accepting my ill fate. I didn't kiss him back, and he didn't force me to. He was more about showing me his claims. He is showing me how I'm nothing but a puppet who will dance on his fingers whenever and wherever he wants. More tears slipped from my eyes, and I swallowed the sob, not wanting him to show how miserable I was. He stopped kissing me when he realised I was not resisting anymore. His hand, which was gripping my face, moved to wipe my tears as if he cared. I opened my eyes and slapped his hand away. This time I pushed him with all my might, and it made him take a few steps back. I opened the door and ran out of there. More warm tears rolled down my cheeks. I wiped them with the back of my hands before they could make my chin. I don't want Sabrina to see my crying face. I took a deep breath before deciding to go to her. I could feel his steps behind me, following me closely. I took one deep breath before walking to her.
“Are you done selecting?” I asked her in my normal, controlled voice. My question made her turn her head to look at me.
“Yes, I was waiting to show it to you. What was taking you so long to come back?” she asked with a raised brow. Her smiling, light green eyes looked at me innocently. I wanted to form words, but nothing was coming out of my mouth.
“We were discussing our engagement party. Show me the ring you have selected,” he said, appearing from behind. His later sentence made Sabrina's eyes shine, and it was enough to distract her. She showed him the ring she had selected for herself. It was a simple ring with a very small diamond. Erick asked her to choose the ring with a big diamond, but she refused, saying she liked this one more. Sabrina smiled, looking at me, and I smiled back at her. I had no choice. The ride back home was silent. I had chosen to look out of the window the whole time. I could feel his gaze on me the whole time. I just don't want to see his face anymore. The things he said to me kept repeating in my head in a loop. Suddenly, there was lightning in the sky, and it started raining heavily. It was so heavy that it was hard to see out of the window. It felt like the sky was crying with me. The only difference was that her tears were visible and mine were invisible. I was sobbing loudly inside me. The car stopped in front of my dad's house after half an hour. I didn't wait for the umbrella and got out in the heavy rain. My tears unleashed in a heavy downpour. I saw Alfred running towards me with one but I ran past him. I just don't want to be near him anymore. I want him to get lost as soon as possible. I was drenched with water mixed with my tears.
“Thank god. You returned before the storm," Lilly said in her relieved voice. I didn't stop and kept walking. I was on my way to my room when my dad's voice stopped me in my tracks.
“It's going to be a rainstorm. Erick, you should stay here tonight.”
