Today, I will get my answers by hook or crook.

He started to press hot kisses all over my face, and then his hot lips descended to my neck and the exposed skin of my shoulder. I know what he was doing. He was trying to distract me. His every kiss was to make me forget why I was so mad at him. I need to stop him. I can't let him do this to me again. He can't come whenever he wants, and he can't leave whenever he feels like it. I will not accept this behaviour. His hands were working to remove my top when I took hold of his hand, and it stopped him from lifting my top. He growled, not liking my protest. As if I cared. He needs to answer me. He moved his face forward to capture my lips once again, but I moved my face back. He growled again, not liking my actions. His hooded, cold blue eyes looked at me with warning. I glared at him with narrowed eyes. My nose flared looking at his bruised cheek and lip. I never liked him fighting, not in the past nor now. Every time I looked at his bruised face, my heart hurt so much. Every time, it made me remember the struggle he was going through. I hate it. I just hate it so much. I took a deep breath to get my thoughts straight.

“Tell me why you hate Andrew so much,” I asked him the question that has been bothering me so much. He despises Andrew, and I want to know what Andrew has done for him to despise him so much.

“Why do you want to know? And it's not like that, you don't know,” he mocked sternly. His eyes were still hooded, but a glint of anger shone in his eyes as soon as I took Andrew's name.

"No, I don't know. Now tell me why you hate him so much. Tell me why you look at him with so much hatred,” I asked while looking straight into his eyes. Something flashed in his eyes when I questioned him. He blinked it away as if not wanting to let it stay in his memories. His jaw clenched, and his nose flared in anger.

“I don't want to answer that question,” he said, refusing to answer me.

“Why don't you want to answer? Why can't you tell me what problem you have with him? He is my friend, and I deserve to know what happened,” I said in frustration.

“I told you, I'm not telling you. Now stop asking me and come here,” he said sternly while commanding the last part. My nose flared in anger. I knew he would not tell me. I don't know why I was even expecting him to answer my question, even after knowing how adamantly he was not telling me. He tried to pull me to him, but I slapped away his hands once again. His jaw clenched even more, and I refused to let him touch me. If he was stubborn, then I was even more stubborn than him. I will not let this behaviour pass.

“Get out,” I said sternly while looking straight into his eyes.

"What?” he said as if he didn't hear what I said. His brows raised as if I had spoken a foreign language he didn't understand.

“I said, " Get out of the room now. I will not repeat it.” This time I said it more firmly and got out of bed before he could pull me back and cage me in his arms.

“I will not go anywhere,” he said, not budging from the bed.

“This room is mine too. I'm going nowhere,” he said firmly and then folded his hand around his chest to show me he wouldn't budge from his decision.

“You are right,” I said, then nodded my head. I agree with him. He smirked when I said that.

“Stay in your room and sleep on your bed. I will leave,” I said in the same tone and started to walk towards the door.

“What is this childishness?” He threw the question on my back, but I didn't turn, nor did I stop to answer him.

“Doll, come back to the bed now,” he once again commanded me, putting more fuel in the anger I was burning. I didn't stop, and I kept walking. I heard him stomping in my direction. He grabbed my wrist before I could walk out of the door. I tried to yank it out of his hold, but he wouldn't let go of it. He tugged on my wrist, pulling me to his chest. My jaw clenched when he did that.

“You will go nowhere. You will sleep with me in this room on the same bed we share every night,” he said sternly, looking straight into my eyes.

“I will not, and if you still force me, I will leave this house and go to my dad's,” I said with more determination in my eyes. He knows how much I hate my father's house, and if I'm still willing to go there, then I'm damn serious.

“As if I will let that happen,” he said. His jaw clenched and his nose flared.

“Try me,” I said challengingly. He hated my father's house more than me. He knows he will lose all access to me if I go there. I would love that, but then I have to see my father, and I am not willing to do it. But he doesn't need to know it. He closed his eyes and looked up as if contemplating what he should do. I can blackmail him too. Why should he have all the fun? He opened his eyes and looked at me.

“Fine, I will go, but only for today,” he said. His face was twitching as if those words had left a bitter taste in his mouth.

“Get out,” I said sternly while looking straight into his cold blue eyes. He pressed his lips together, and his jaw became thick. He let go of my hand and stomped out of the room while closing the door loudly on his way out. A victory smirk formed on my lips. I locked the door from inside so he wouldn't slip into the room after I fell asleep. I slept in the middle of a king-size bed. I deserve all the space after the anxiety he made me go through all day. The next morning, he was so grumpy. From his face, it looked like he didn't sleep well last night. He glared at me, and I just rolled my eyes, ignoring him and kept enjoying my breakfast. He grumpily mumbled something under his breath before sipping his black coffee. We were having our breakfast when Fergus informed us that Lilly, my stepmother, and my sister Sabrina were there. I immediately got up from my chair and walked to the living room. It's been days since I saw them.

“What a pleasant surprise,” I said, opening my arms wide for Sabrina, who was running towards me with a 340-volt smile on her face. She wrapped her arms around my waist tightly. I missed her.

“We are here to take you with us,” she said with a huge, excited smile on her face. My brows were borrowed when she said that.

“You are going to live with us until your engagement,” she once again said in excitement.

"What?” We all heard the stern, surprised voice from behind me. I turned around to look at his face. Let me tell you all. The look on his face was so priceless. An evil smile formed on my lips.

This is going to be fun.
