Fanfic writer ask game..

I'm recently new to Tumblr, don't ask for a username because I'm not often active on it. I just like to look at fanart and read mini stories or prompts. I don't think I'd ever use it as an link to my writing side. I just like being able to read the comics or look at a few of my favourite or oldest ships.

But anyway, I did come across this question game thing and well, I know I haven't uploaded in some time and thought it might be fun.

I know I'm not the best with socializing with my wonderful readers and lovely followers but I thought I'd at least try to do something fun. Let you all get to know about me a little bit. Maybe have a few of you answer the questions yourselves in the comments. Only if you're comforting with joining in of course.

To make it easier for myself, I'll keep my answers directed to this account only. So, the fandoms and books written within this account will mostly be used and thought over.

Anyway, enough boring chit chat, let's get the game going.

Fluff or angst?

I think I lean towards Fluff. 

Our Voltron babies have been hurt enough. 

I think to think that I write more fluff. I always like the idea of Fluff for this fandom. 

But I also know that I've been known to right a few angst oneshots/chapters. 

Favourite character to write?

I know I lean towards Pidge as my "main character" but I really like writing Keith or Takashi. I love the pair of them and they're my actual favourites. 

I just know that I only write Pidge and have in the centre of anything. Don't know why but she seems to be the only one I'm decent at writing. 

Favourite ship to write?

I really like Shidge and Kidge. 

I feel like their bonds are the most magically and you can explore with their bonds a bit better. 

Favourite fandom for write for?

Voltron. 

Do you/would you write smut?

I have in the past but I don't plan to do it again. Unless it's been pre-warned in a book already that I haven't finished. Or if I feel confident enough to write it. 

I think I suck at writing smut and when I have tried, I never thought it  was any good. 

Favourite fic you've written?

Finished - Partners In The End.

Unfinished - Beasts. 

Fic you're most proud of?

The Galran Princess.

Favourite trope to write?

Matt.

It might not make sense but anything involving Matt just being Matt. 

Favourite type of au to write?

Nutcracker is an obvious one I like around Christmas time. 

But for oneshots, I lean mostly towards an delinquent link somehow. 

Or with them having animal characteristic.

How do you get yourself in the mood to write?

Honestly, I don't. 

I'll write if I desire to write and I don't dare to write if I don't want to. 

I find that if I force myself to write it's never any good or ruins any future writing linking whatever I do write. As well as having no real heart into writing the storyline.

What inspires your fic ideas?

A random thought in my head over a random moment/ending that pops up. I get this itch when something stays floating in my head, needing to try writing it to put myself at peace. 

I normally try to write up until the moment thought over or the ending that I came up with. Just writing the rest of the story or oneshot.

It's why I struggle with having an set storyline handed to me due to not feeling it myself and having to grow something from the word or idea offered up. Sometimes I can do it but most of the time I struggle. 

Canon-verse or au?

Both.

Any fics planned?

Maybe, maybe not. 

Guess we'll find out in the future.

Have a quote from a WIP?

This is mostly from an Halloween Special I've been working towards. Yes, I know it's early but I knew I couldn't just rush to do them. So, I've slowly started on it. But since I know I'd be uploading it in October, I won't have to worry over "having" to upload due to giving an sneak peek.
