Hyunjin's pov
I leaned into the balcony staring at the sky, there is nothing to see here except for the sky and mountains...it is peaceful but I feel like I have forgotten about modern life...no cars, no buildings...no phones nothing...I spend most of my day training or with Aisha and my kids...of course I make sure to visit Inie from time to time without him noticing...I took a deep breath remembering the younger...he almost messed everything up, I don't blame he must have faith in me...three years is not a short period...

Thankfully I have managed to sneak him back to his room yesterday without anyone suspecting us...the new guard I appointed to him has plead his loyalty to me unlike anish who supported lia...my half sister has been awfully quiet these days which worries me...for sure she doesn't like that I will be the one who succeed Cain, but she can't stop me...I was alerted when I felt a presence behind me so I immediately looked back to be meet with Mira...did she and diya come back from the mission?
"You radiate dark energy...so depressed" the young girl said as she approached me...she didn't even look at my face before she leaned into the balcony staring at the mountains.
Diya doesn't hate since i didn't steal anything from her unlike lia but she tries to poke me from time to time...like she attacks me out of nowhere or mock me...but Mira she is different from the other too...she barely talks to me...hell I barely see her...she doesn't like  socialzing with others.

Most of the time she is just quiet, about her feelings for me...I just don't know...it was never hard for me to read a person before like it happened with her.
"You are back?"I asked standing next to her, she glanced at me for the corner of her eyes before she hummed." Diya told me about the mission, is it over?" I added.
"Are you doubting us?" She asked tilting her head....of course not...not after what I have seen since I came here.
"No..."
"Diya told me that she informed about the mission...but I guess she didn't tell you where it was?" Mira cut me fully facing me.
"Where..." I stopped midsentence when the realization hit me " you mean South korea" I added, I hope this has nothing to do with the boys...I did everything that cain has asked from me...he promised to keep his words...and from what I have seen, even when he is probably one of the most cold cruel people on earth he doesn't like to break his words...he said something about it is not a feature suited for a man.

But honestly i don't believe or trust him, as I said before I am afraid now if he feels like I may betray him he won't hesitated to kill me and jeongin...I won't also be surprised if when went after the other...that man is dark...mysterious after three years with him I still don't know Cain that well...I guess mira got that from him.
"The only one good thing about you, is how smart are you? I am not surprised though considering that you are Cain's son" mira said pulling me out of my thoughts...well I found out about something after I stayed here...is how smart Cain is? It is like he is always ten times ahead from everyone...

"I inherited my intelligence and everything I know from my mom " I replied, a small smile...well more like a smirk came on mira's face before she hummed.
"Agent hwang" she said nodding her head " she was a smart woman indeed what happened to her was unforunate" she added making me frown, I can confidently say that this is the longest conversation I had with Mira in three years...what is she up to? Why did she brought my mom now?
"She has been dead for eight years now...when you were like what ten...why are you talking about her as if you knew her..."
"No, I don't know her but I know who killed her...deathshot right?" She cut me off...my whole body froze when she mentioned the name but I didn't let her notice that.

"Deathshot, it is been a long time since i have heard about that man...you seem to know about him" I answered, not many people know about who killed my mom but she is from the league of assassins it is not a surprise...yet she was young when it happened...something feels off.
"I don't know why I am saying this but your boyfriend is awake" mira said out of nowhere.
"Boyfriend? Awake...who are you..."
"Oh, well sorry ,I forgot that you didn't know...one of your boyfriends...what was his name...i think changmin..."
"Changbin " I corrected.
" he was in a coma for the past three years...I was curious and checked on your boyfriends when we were in Seoul...he woke up" she said.
