Happy New Year!

I hope 2024 had been a blast (not literally explosive, of course—just metaphorically… okay, I'll stop with the bad dark humor).

So, I’ve been mulling over something for months now, and it’s finally time to share it with you.

I’m planning to self-publish this book! Initially, the goal was to have it edited and ready by the end of 2025, but due to some personal commitments, I realized that timeline would be a bit overwhelming. So, I’ve pushed the release to 2026 to ensure it gets the time and attention it deserves.

Now, before you panic—don’t worry, this book isn’t going off the Wattpad. It’ll remain here, always free and accessible. Why? Because the self-published version will be a vastly different experience.

While the core storyline will stay intact, there will be major revisions. Side plots, like the story of Kant and Devi, will get a richer and more cohesive start. I’ll also expand on the dynamics between Jagdish and his family, and weave a more organic love story between Nishita and Jagdish. The language, pacing, and flow will all undergo significant improvement.

After a lot of thought (and countless debates with my friends), I’ve decided to test the waters by uploading the edited version on the Scrollstack first. I’m not sure how many of you would be interested in purchasing it, but I promise it’ll be worth it—and affordable too!

Here’s the plan:

The edited version will have approximately 30 chapters (give or take), each around 5,000 words.

I’ll release them in bundles of three chapters for just ₹15. This means the entire book will cost under ₹200, and the prologue will be free!
