Chapter 33: Passion

"Yeah and what does that mean" I sleeping peacefully as Jason's deep voice woke me up. I sat up and My clock read 8:30am as he stood in the hallway talking. Something told me that it was about Haley.
"Okay I understand and I'll let her know" I was on pins and needles just watching his mouth move. This call was gonna determine my baby's future. I prayed over and over for her to be okay but if it was suppose to happen then I had no control over it. It is what is I told myself as I saw Jason hang up his phone and walk over to me.
"That was Dr. Adams baby" he said sitting next me on the bench near our bed.
"What she say" I was so anxious and wanted this to be over. I was stressing myself and couldn't get this out my mind. I needed to know.
"They ran the test and they were wrong. They jump to conclusion but they wanted to be sure. I told you she was good" he said as I thought I heard wrong. I was so use to things going wrong in my life that I almost lost my faith and prayed in vain. I knew better then that.
"Omg baby... I'm relieved. That weighed on me heavy." I said sighing. I was glad to lay it to rest and enjoy the last bit of pregnancy. I wanted to be happy.
"I know. I was kinda scared myself" he said as he pulled me close to him.
"You know I always have your back right beautiful" he said as he kissed my cheek. Jason always was there for me and I never had to question thing. Since the day we met Jason always looked out for me. Aside from being his wife I was also his best friend. Our friendship never took the back seat.
"I know baby and I appreciate you for that. Thank you" I said as he looked at me.
"What I tell you bout telling me thank you. I'm pose to do that" he was so selfless. I loved how he put me first always. He broke his back for me and I had to repay him. I never had someone treat me the way he did and I wanted him to feel my gratitude.
"I love you Jason. I mean that baby" I said stroking his cheek. I was madly in love with him.
"I love you more beautiful" he said as he got closer to me connecting our lips. Jason was the only man in the world who I could say I truly loved. He never expected anything for the things he did for me. He was always thinking of me and I never had that before. His love felt so good. I was definitely going to show him how much I appreciated him.

I sat in front of the mirror in my bedroom straightening my hair. I wanted to look sexy for Jason when he got home tonight from work. I had a romantic night set up. Jen agreed to keep Harley for an extra day for me. I was so grateful for her. She never said no when it came to Harley and Harley loved spending time with Jen just as much as she did. The text message read and I couldn't help but blush. Jason was at work and couldn't wait for him to come home.
Me: Only if you miss me?

Me: I miss you J. All day and I can't wait till you get home tonight

I was in the kitchen finishing up dinner. I made seafood pasta for him. He loved when I made him any type of pasta so that wasn't hard to come up with. I had in a silk robe with nothing under bringing attention to my ginormous pregnant stomach. My hair was neatly laid down my back as I had on his favorite perfume he loved on me. "I'm home" I heard as I instantly lit up. Hearing his voice did things to me.
"I'm in here baby" I yelled out as I heard his footsteps coming closer and closer.
