Chapter 44: Time....

Flashback.....
"Girl thanks for coming over I was bored out my damn mind" I said to Jen as we sat on my sofa.
"Didn't you have a date with your boo tonight" she said drinking her glass of wine
"His ass was supposed to be here 4 hours ago. That man don't ever stop working" Jason was supposed to come over and have dinner with me because we haven't seen each other after the pregnancy chaos a couple weeks ago. After that day he went out of town for 5 days on business and got back today. I missed him so much and was mad that he was still at his damn office when he should've been here with me.
"I'm telling you I gotta see this Jason. He got you all calm and relaxed. I ain't never see like that before Hue" she said laughing
"Oh so I was hot headed bitch before I met him. That's what you saying." I laughed right along her
"Just a lil bit. But tell me one thing. How's the sex. Cause I see that glow on your face and I wanna know. So give me details" Jen was such a freak and always in my sex life. She wanted to know everything and never had a problem telling her. She was best friend for years and we were like sisters.
"Girllllllllll" I raised my eye brow as she raised her too.
"Bitch! It's that good" she was so nosey.
"Jen he is the best I ever had. He is extremely blessed when it come sex. He is aggressive and sensually at the same. He knows what I like and he can go for hours. I can't keep my hands off him" I was getting myself excited just talking about it.
"Damn. No wonder why you always laid up under him. I would be doing the same thing." She said as we laughed.
"Okay give me a number a 1 to 10. And don't lie to me" Jen asked as I thought. Yeah I knew Jason's number
"I'll say...... A 20!!" We died laughing giving each other a high five
"That's my girl" she said laughing
"Okay since you all in my damn business what's Frank" I knew she would be completely honest with me.
"I'll give him a 8. Yeah he's a good 8" I was kinda surprised she didn't yell out 10 as much sex as Jen loved to have.
"Why 8. I thought Frank was good in bed" I said asking her out of curiosity
"Hue don't get me wrong my boo is great in bed but....he finished too quick. I be having to fake it sometimes" my mouth flew open. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry for her.
"Omg!!! Tell him Jen. That's not fun faking your shit" I told her as she shook her head
"I know but I don't wanna hurt his ego. How do I say you good but you nut quick. No way boo" she said as we laughed. We talked until I heard someone knocking at my door.
"I'll be right back" I said answering the door. I opened the door seeing Jason with a bouquet of roses making me smile inside.
"Your late" I said with my arms folded.
"I'm sorry baby I had some new clients and my meeting ran longer than I thought. You goin let me in" he said as I walked back to the living room as he followed.
"Jen this is Jason. Jason this is my best friend Jen" I said introducing them as they shook hands.
"So your the infamous Jason that got my girl all in love" she said as I blushed
"Yes that's me. She be sweating me and all" he said as I laughed.
"I heard a lot about Jason. I can tell you make her happy. I like seeing her happy. So whatever you doing. Keep it up. Oh and another thing" she said getting her stuff to leave.
"What's up" he said as he stood on the wall.
"Don't break her hurt. She been thru enough in her life and she's finally happy and I like seeing my best friend smile ever time I see her. So don't fuck it up" she said as he nodded his head.
"I feel you. And I'm just as in love with her as she is with me. That's my baby and Imma take care of her mark my word. So you ain't got nothing to worry about. Hue one of a kind" he made me feel like a little girl cause blushing. I felt butterflies all in my stomach.
"Alright now. I like him girl. And congrats on your 20" she said as I gasped
"Bye Jen" I said pushing her away from me.
"Nice meeting you Jen. Hope to see you again" he said giving her a hug
"And same to you Mr. charmer. Member what I said" and with that Jen was out the door leaving us alone. I went into the kitchen as Jason watched me. I missed him so much but I was still mad at him for having me wait. I wanted him all to myself all the time.
"You hungry" I said looking in my refrigerator. I knew he was had to be starving after his flight then his meeting.
"You already know beautiful but I been gone for almost a week and you ain't kiss me yet. Something wrong with this picture" he said as took out a steak and potatoes for him as I laughed.
"Nothing wrong with this picture over here" I said as he licked his lips. I had my hair up in a curly bun with my knee length blue Victoria secret house dress that fit tight. They were so comfortable I had like one in every color.
"You about that. You look sexy as shit baby" he said as I smiled.
"Thank you" he walked over to me wrapping his hands around me.
"I missed you the whole time I was gone" he said in my ear.
"Oh really. What about me did you miss" I said putting my spatula down on the counter
"I missed your beautiful face. I missed those lips. I missed making love to you. I missed my sexy lady" he said as I smiled.
"Well I'm still mad at you for keeping me waiting. I missed you so much baby" I said turning around facing him.
"I'm here now. Don't be mad at me beautiful." He started to kiss my neck rubbing up my thighs.
"No stop. I'm still making you dinner. We can do that after" I said wrapping my arms around him
"Aight baby. But why do it feel like you ain't got no panties on" he said looking under my dress.
"Cause I don't" I said as he licked his lips grinning.
"Baby you going like that" he said rubbing my ass
"It's my house. I'll walk around naked if I want too. You have a problem with that Jason" I said we smiled at each other
"Nah no problem at all. Matter fact go head and prove me wrong. Get naked" he said as I laughed hard.
"Nice try. Sit down and I'll bring your food to you" I said as he went to grab his bag.
"Imma go shower I'm sweaty from all that running around today" he said heading upstairs.
"Wait baby come here before you go" I wanted his lips so bad.
"What's up beautiful" he said standing in front of me.
"I'm glad your back baby. I missed you and we can talk about your trip when you come out the shower. Gimme kiss" I said getting on my tippy toes crashing my lips into his. He held my hips pulling me closer as I wrapped my hands around his neck. We made out moaning in each other mouths. We couldn't stand being apart.
"Baby" I said as he kissed my neck gently. I needed him so bad right now.
"Talk me" he said in my ear.
"Go get undress and get in the shower. Imma be up there to join you in a min. How that sound" I said rubbing on his chest.
"Sound like a plan to me. Hurry that sexy ass up. I ready to tear you up" he said smacking my ass hard as he raced upstairs.
"Mmmmm I love that man" I said covering all the food and turning off the stove.
"Here I come J. You better be naked like I said" I ran upstairs ready to welcome him back he properly. Ever since we met I was glued to him and he to me.

"Ok how do I look Jason" I said trying on my 20th outfit. Jen invited me out for drinks at this new lounge and I haven't been out since I had my babies. It's been a minute and only reason I was going was for Jen. She wanted to get out the house.
"That's nice" he said with Haley in his hands watching TV. His show 48 hours was on and he saw the same ones over and over again still amazed at the ending. "Damn baby his own cousin though. That shit crazy" he said as I gave him a blank stare
" Jason baby..... I don't give a damn about that show. I been asking you how I looked for the past 40 mins and ain't even been paying me no attention" I was frustrated cause he was ignoring me and I really wanted his opinion. Just as he was about to talk Haley started to cry.
"Baby here she hungry" he said handing her to me going back to that damn TV show. No other father in the world needed a break more than he did but I deserved one just as much as he did. I took care of him both the girls and my house. I never complained but him not even looking at me made me feel awkward.
"Sure Jason. I wasn't trying to get dressed" I said sarcastically "Come here my baby. Let's go downstairs so mommy can feed you" Harley was already in bed so I didn't have to worry about her. I needed to be gone in 30 mins an my hair still wasn't even done. I nursed Haley on the couch as I sighed.
"Haley you know mommy loves your daddy but sometimes he could be a little off" I said as she stared at me. I loved looking into her little eyes.
"Mommy loves taking care of you and your sister and your daddy but sometimes mommy wants to be taken care of too. Just some attention is all I ask for baby" I said as I burped her. Jason moved us into our new House which wasn't far from my old townhouse and I loved it. It was more space and a beautiful community. But ever since we moved he was either working more at the office and when he was home he was sleeping or watching TV. I knew he still loved me but he kinda got consumed with all the new changes. I rocked her to sleep taking her to her room and laying her in her crib. I went back to our bedroom to get dress.
"You find something" he said as I brushed my hair into a neat low ponytail. I didn't have time to do what I wanted to.
"Yep" I said nonchalantly. I guess his show was off.
"You look nice baby" he said looking at me. We always could look at each and see if the other was mad.
"Thanks" I said grabbing my purse spraying my perfume. He just sat on the edge of the bed.
"You need some money" he said handing me a stack of cash. Jason never wanted me to spend my own money.
"I'm fine. I have my own money" I said stepping in my heels. I needed a break. "I'll be back in a couple hours. Call me if you need me. I love you" I said to him looking at myself in the mirror.
"Oh okay. I love you too" he said nervously. He never knew what to do when I gave him the silent treatment. I walked downstairs and out the door. I was ready to just have a drink and talk to my girl.

"This place is nice. Jen real laid back" I said sipping my cocktail . I didn't wanna drink too much cause I still nursing Haley.
"I know. I'm glad you came out tonight" she said to me as she was on her third drink. She wasn't a light weight and she knew how to handle her liquor. As we sat there all I could think about was Jason. I know he didn't act the way he did on purpose and I didn't wanna be mad at him anymore. I grabbed my phone to text him.

Me: you still up J
He instantly text back.
My baby: yeah I'm not going to sleep till you in safely.
I smiled caused he cared so much about me.
Me: okay I'm sorry about earlier before I left. I love you baby.
My baby: no it was my fault. I should t have ignored you but we can talk when you get home. Enjoy yourself beautiful. I love you too.
I'm glad I texted him cause I never wanted us to be mad at each other. Soon as I locked my phone. I felt someone behide me.
"Excuse me. I couldn't help to notice you when I walked in. Can I buy you a drink" a brown skin built guy said. He was definitely eye candy but he didn't compare to my baby.
"Thank you for the compliment but no thank you. I already have a drink" I said turning back around.
"Come on. Just one drink. I wanna get to know you a little" he said smiling at me as I gave him a fake smile.
"What is your name" I said to him as he sat down at our table
"Nick. And yours?" He said extending his hand out to me.
"My name is married..... But nice to meet you Nick. I'm sure those girls over there would love your company" he looked at me with a shocked look and walked away
"Hue you know you wrong. You could've let him down easier than that" she said as we laughed. Guy after guy came over trying to spit game to me and Jen. I couldn't even keep count. I was over all this and just wanted to go home.
"Jen let's go. It's so many desperate men in here" we walked out as she gave this guy our tab. I shook my head cause he was actually going to pay it. Jen did that every time we use to go out. I just wanted to get my bed cuddled up close with my husband.

I got home at 12:40 as I saw Jason in the bed. He was wide awake watching TV.
"What you watching" I said getting the covers with him. I took all my clothes off only having my bra and panties on.
"Shit. You know ain't nothing on this late but informercial." He said as I laughed.
"You right about that" he turned the TV off as he gave me his full attention.
"How was your night out" he said stroking my hair.
"It was okay. I never had so many men in my face at the same time" he laughed shaking his head.
"Every nigga want what I got" he said as I blushed.
"But nobody can have me but you. Jason I love you and I was mad at you earlier" I said laying on his chest.
"I'm sorry baby. I know I ignored you earlier but you know I ain't mean it. Sometime I take you for granted and I'm a fool for that" he said a massaging my back.
"Jason I don't wanna be the type of wife who want all your attention all the time and want you locked to this house but I do want you to spend more time with me with just us. Ever since we moved you been busy forgetting about me as your wife. That makes me sad baby" I said looking at him.
"I'm truly sorry beautiful. I never meant for you to feel like that. I wanna give you the world and sometimes I work too much but Imma work on that. Your the only woman I want and I want you to know that your still my baby Hue. You still special and I need to make you feel like more than just the mother of my kids. You deserve to be showered with things and love and Imma work harder at that. I promise" he said as I believed him. He was a man of his word and I wand going to hold that over his head.
"Okay baby." I just wanted to be happy and he was my only source.
"Tomorrow night Imma take you on a date. No kids no work no nothing. Just me and you baby. Wherever you wanna go" he said as I smiled.
"I can't wait baby" I said to him
"And if you luckily I can probably give you something special after" I grew excited knowing he always had something up his sleeve.
"What is it J. Tell me a hint" I said eagerly
"Nope go to bed baby. You'll find out later. Good night I love you" he said kissing my lips before I could even respond.
"Mmmm I love you more"
