Chapter 39: Somethings Will Never Change

(Okay this is the last chapter before I go back to my other story. I'm having a little writes block with that one and don't wanna just give anything for an update. Enjoy😊😊😊😊😊)........

Flashback....
I been super busy with work and booked to capacity. I never complained because the more people that rolled into my door the bigger my checks got. When my money was straight nothing could ruin my mood. I was at my desk finishing up some contracts when my phone started to ring.
"Hello" I said answering without looking as I kept my pen moving.
"So you forgot about me" I smiled automatically hearing his voice.  I was so busy with work I haven't seen Jason in days. He understood that my work came first and never made it a big about it. He kept himself busy with his own business which was going great.
"I could never forget about you baby." I said back putting my pen down relaxing in my chair. It felt so good to hear his deep voice. I loved the fact that I had someone to miss and who actually missed me back. That was different in my world. Usually I was the only one who missed them. Jason was so different.
"Yeah thats what you say. You probably haven't thought about me all week" he said laughing. He knew I missed him so much
"Yes I have J. I miss you" I said tracing my finger up and down my chest. His voice did things to me that I couldn't explain.
"Oh do you. I can't tell" he said back as I laughed.
"I do baby. I tell you what, tonight lets go out. Im all yours. Anywhere you wanna go" I said softly to him
"Aight I'll be there round 8. That's cool with you" he asked
"Yes sir. I'll be waiting" I said biting my lip. I couldn't wait to see his sexy ass.
"Imma let you get back to work though Don't work too hard beautiful. I love you and I'll see you later" he said ending our call
"I love you too." I said back before hanging up. I needed to get out this office.

7:50pm
I got home at 5 and decided to take a quick nap. I wasn't going to be in a deep sleep I just needed to rest my eyes. I was going to wake up around 6:45 to get ready for my date with Jason. I jumped up looking at phone seeing the time.
"Shit" I said rubbing my eyes. I didn't even realize that time flew by so fast. It was no way that I was to be ready in 10 minutes. After that nap I was so comfortable in bed and didn't wanna get out from under my warm blankets. I laid back down for a minute just thinking. I did that randomly sometimes just because. I sat there as I heard my door bell. I grabbed my robe throwing it on my naked body. I fell asleep in my towel cause I showered before I got in bed.
"Baby why you not dressed" Jason said as he walked in. He was dressed and ready to go.
"I fell asleep when I got home and literally just woke up 10 minutes ago. I'm sorry baby" I said running my hands threw my messy hair.
"So what you wanna do tonight" he asked as we walked upstairs to my room.
"We can just stay in tonight. Watch a movie or something" I said as he took his jacket and shoes off.
"That's cool with me. Now come here" he said sitting on my bed. I sat on his lap as he kissed my cheek over and over. I felt like a little girl cause I got so giggly. "I missed you so much" he said in my ear
"I missed you more. How long can you stay babe" I said hoping to have him all weekend to myself.
"As long as you want me sexy" he said pulling at my robe.
"Mmmmm I like that sound of that. Imma kidnap you for a couple days. That's fine with you" I said kissing on his neck. I loved just staying in with him. We had fun with each no matter where we was.
"Hell yeah. I'm all yours" he said as he laid back pulling me down with him. As he kissed and felt all on me, I remember that my favorite movie was on and I been waiting all week to see it. I was obsessed with The Time Travelers Wife. It came on very seldom so I had to catch it when I could. 
"J hand me the remote. My movie bout to start baby" he said sitting up grabbing my remote handing it to me.
I turned the TV on as I saw the movie just starting up. I got excited. I laid on my back with my pillows propping my head up.
"I guess I gotta watch this shit with you" he said as I laughed. He got between my legs laying on my thigh
"It's not shit Jason. It's a classic" I said as rubbed his head.
"Yeah whatever" he said as the movie started. I turned the volume up as I got hooked. I watched intensely as it played. I was so into the movie I didn't even realize he had fallen asleep. I looked down at him as I smiled. He was everything I ever needed. I rubbed his face softly as he moved from my thigh coming to lay on my chest.
"Am I blocking your view" he said in a raspy voice holding his head up some
"No baby go back to sleep" I said putting his head back on my chest caressing his skin. I loved moments like this cause it didn't take money or nice gifts to make me happy. I was satisfied when he was right next to me relaxed and peaceful. He deserved it. I got comfortable with him on top of me as I enjoyed the rest of my movie pulling the covers over us. This was how I wanted to spend every night. Forever.

I had a long day at work and wanted to just go home to my babies. I missed their little faces and couldn't wait to cuddle with them. That was the best part of my day. I pulled up to the drive way as I saw none of the lights on. Usually every light would be on cause they would be up bouncing from one place to another. Maybe he got them to sleep on time. Yeah right I thought to myself laughing. I opened the door kicking my shoes off and running upstairs to see my angels. I got to Harley room and it was empty.
"Maybe she's in her sisters room" I said as went to Haley's room. I walked in seeing no Haley or Harley. Where the hell was my children. Our bedroom was empty too. I looked out the window and didn't see Jason's car. Where were they at 10 at night. I wasn't too concerned cause I knew Jason would die before he let anything happen to his girls. I changed my clothes throwing on some shorts and a tank top. I let my hair down seeing a note on the mirror:
         Be right back beautiful. Don't        worry I got the girls.
I read as that out my mind to ease. I headed downstairs to find me something to eat.
"I'm starving" I said as I opened my fridge. It was always packed. From breast milk to fruits and water to all types of meats and Harley's snack.
"I'm back" I heard Jason say as I closed the refrigerator door. Finally I could kiss all over my babies. I walked to the living room seeing just him.
"Jason where the hell are my daughters" I said curious. He came home but was missing 2 important things. OUR CHILDREN....
"Relax beautiful. I took them to my mothers house" he said as he put a bag full of food in the table.
"Why are they over there. They wasn't suppose to go there till Saturday" I said sitting down as he gave me my food. I was so glad he brought me dinner. Lord knows I didn't feel like cooking.
"Cause I wanted to have some quality time with my wife. Is that okay with you inspector gadget" he said as I laughed.
"Yes baby. I just was confused. That's all" I said as I began to eat. We made it our business to keep it new between us. We loved our babies but we had to spend time together just us to keep our relationship alive. I didn't wanna have a boring marriage cause I let me being a mother get in the way of us. Our connection was still important.
"Thanks for dinner baby. I was hungry" I said as we sat down and ate. He was so thoughtful and I loved him for balancing time for us to spend alone. He always made it happen when I least expect it. We talked while we ate as collected the trash throwing it out.
"That was good J" I said wiping off the table as he grabbed me from be hide.
"Put that down. Let's go upstairs so I can show you something" he said kissing on my neck. He was such a turn on.
"Mmmm something like what daddy" I said reading his mind.
"I'll give you a hint. It's black. Long and pretty big if I may say myself" he said as I laughed.

"Come on and find out" he said picking me up as he carried my upstairs to our bedroom. The passion and sexual attraction with is got better everyday.
He laid me on the bed gently as he stood in front of me. I was still so attracted to this man. It was no other man who could compare to him. No one!

"You got some dollars" he said as I laughed.

On the tips of the cross were our names. On top said Hue. To the left it said Haley and the right said Harley. He said the bottom was for our next baby but that wouldn't be filled for a while. The baby factory was close for atleast 5 more years. I kissed his tattoo over and over as he smiled.
"Yall my heart" he said softly to me.
"I know" I said nearly whispering as I laid my head on his chest getting that peace I always found in his arms.
"I love you" he said over and over again in my ear holding me tight rocking me to sleep. Although I knew life was full of change and nothing always stayed the same, I knew that our love was the expectation. Something's will never change.
