On the western side of the Enosh continent the proud country of Alberta bordering on the woodlands between the Watanabe kingdom and the kingdom of Albanian.
The beautiful city of Alberta could be seen bustling with life, though, the citizens were extremely restless from the patrolling knights moving back and forth every so often.
News that the king of Alberta had declared war on the Zestril kingdom had already spread and there were no one who hadn't heard of the assassination attempt on the king's life not so long ago. So, when the king openly declared war, everyone could understand what was about to happened.
Fear, uncertainty, and wariness gradually began to fill the hearts of each citizen. While they had faith in the battle power of their own country it had been a very long time since Alberta had participated in a war.
And also... the feeling of fear of what would happen to them or their family if by the off chance that their side loses filled their minds with a sense of discomfort.
A loud rattling sound could be heard continuously as many horses drawn carriage could be seen making their way in and out of the city, knights dressed in plate armor could be seen carrying heavy weaponry.
The battle between the kingdom of Alberta and the kingdom of Zestril would be taking place in a desolate land located south, each knight had been making preparations for the upcoming battle, and even the members of the royal family had been busy dealing with the preparations.
Roughly two weeks from now is when they will march forwards in a southerly direction of the Deki forest. On the city entrance of the Alberta kingdom a young man could be seen there talking to the knights who were gathered. The young man was dressed in a blue robe that had many golden ornaments adorn on the robes.
"Your highness there isn't enough carriages to bring the leftover food for our travels."
A middle-aged man wearing knightly attire said as he went over to the young man who was currently giving orders to the others.
"I see... in that case could you go over to the royal palace and explain the situation to father?"
The young prince said, hearing his request the knight bowed his head as he replied.
"Understood."
Before heading back to the direction where the royal palace was located. The young prince watched his back with a somewhat exhausted face, though, despite the fatigue apparent on his well-ordered face it didn't ruin his handsome face.
His long shoulder length silver hair glittered under the light of the sun; his eyes was as blue as the deep ocean. Surrounding him was a peculiar aura that would make all others want to follow him not only for his charm but also his charismatic personality.
"Umm, your highness, are you okay? You haven't slept for three days now."
A young girl with short brown hair dressed in a maid attire said, glancing at him worriedly. In her hand was what appears to be a lunch box.
"Yes, I am fine please don't worry about me, lady Emma."
The first prince of the Alberta kingdom, Ryan Alberta said with a humble smile.
"No! I can't do that! Your highness please, I know that the preparations are important but, that's all the more reason why you need to take care of yourself! Otherwise, you'll be too tired when the time comes!"
Emma shouted. Seeing that first prince Ryan widen his eyes. Emma is usually timid so, seeing her raising her voice was truly surprising.
However, after the initial shock the first prince gently placed his hand against his mouth and let out a huff of laughter.
