The Second Incarnation of the God of Creation

Maya vs Lizze

The cries of battle only grew louder across the battlefield as a cloud of dust was raised high into the sky, both Daniel and Aiden continued their onslaught of attacks!

They moved at high-speed swinging their respective swords in a wide arc.

They both exchanged blows with such vigour that it was impossible to perceive both of their silhouettes that kept changing location constantly. However, a few kilometres away from them there was another battle currently taking place.

Clang! Clang! Clang!

Sparks flew as Maya's sword clashed against Lizze's spear. The ground beneath their feet cracked and broke apart as their weapons clash.

After exchanging blows for a few times, they both step back to gather some distance between themselves.

"Not bad... at least your swordcraft is more polish than your attitude."

Lizze mocked, though she was genuinely impressed by Maya's skill. There were many times during their exchange that she found herself cornered and was almost killed. Lizze observed the state of her broken armor and sighed to herself.

(Without the ability of this spear I might have died a long time ago)

She thought to herself, as she held her spear tightly. Meanwhile, Maya staggered on her feet as blood oozed down her right arm.

"Tch,"

Maya clicked her tongue with a bitter face. She couldn't believe she was having a hard time with the woman before her. She admits Lizze was strong but, the fact that she was being push back wasn't something she could stomach.

Lizze raised her spear above her head and spin it between her fingers before placing it to rest on her shoulder.

"Well then shall we continue?"

Lizze said, a graceful smile adorning her beautiful face. However, Maya did not reply instead she held out her hand.

"Mother of fire incinerate my target, inferno!"

Soon, a magic formation appeared on the ground. As the soil beneath their feet melted and turned to hot lava.

At the same time, the atmosphere grew slightly warm as a tsunami of hot red flames was gathered. Lizze braced herself as she got into a stance with her silver spear.

The spearhead of Lizze's spear was then clad in a vortex of wind and with a stomp of her feet Lizze accelerated towards the tsunami of flames.

Swoosh!

Lizze wraps her entire body in a torrent of wind and thrust her spear forwards.

(Th-This woman has she lost her mind?)

Seeing the figure of Lizze currently charging towards her Maya questioned her sanity. Even with her body being surrounded by wind it was impossible to break through these flames at least not without taking some level of damage!

(W-Wait is she doing this with the intention of getting hurt?)

Maya's eyes widen from that realization.

"In that case let's see if you have what it takes! Mother of fire burn my target, flare ball!"

Maya chanted! A magic formation surrounded her hand as a ball of fire roughly 20 cm tall began to take shape!

Meanwhile, Lizze closed the distance between herself and the tsunami of flame in an instant.

She then slashes vertically downwards!

Whoosh!

The tsunami of flame was cleanly cut in two halves as her spear swept through the middle of the tsunami. However, Lizze's face grimaced as she was hit by some of the flames that had managed to break through her wind barrier!
