Herman's POV:
Goddamnit with this pain.
And if this wouldn't be enough appearently someone wanted to kill me with my own medicine.
How messed up is that?
Anyways...
While waiting and trying to calm down and relax so the new medicine the doc came with finally works Angie rushed in all of a sudden.
Somehow I expected this to happen.
But not this fast...
- Herman! - she gasped.
- Yes?
- A-Are you okay?!
She had no idea how to start her own sentence which was a little funny and cute to see.
- I'm fine, I'm fine...
- B-But the poison...
- Appearently I didn't eat enough of it to have any effect so I'll be fine - I smiled, a little weakly from the intense pain.
- Oh, thank God... - she sighed deeply in relief as she sat down beside me and took a hold of my hand gently - I don't know what I'd have done if I've lost you...
- You didn't and you'll never lose me, okay?
She didn't say anything, but only nodded her head slightly.
- I'm worried, Herman...
- Why?
- About your condition... About our sons... About pretty much everything...
- Wait, why are you worried?
I didn't understand what was she trying to say to me as she really did seem worried and uneasy about something.
- Angie...
I sighed.
- How about we order some dinner now and talk?
She just nodded and hugged me and once when our dinner arrived we sat to the table.
For a while we both sat there in silence, but then I got tired of the silence and spoke up...
- So what's happening, Angie? - I asked.
- I'm worried about our sons, Herman - she sighed - There are so many issues and maybe even more than what I know about...
I stayed silent while she continued speaking.
- Mehmed really seems to hate Osman. You might can understand why am I worried about what is going to happen after us, Herman...
I sighed.
- Stay calm... We will solve this.
I personally don't know what's going on between my two oldest sons, but I'm gonna see that later on.
