Struggling between raspy breaths
We hide behind beautiful sheathsGoing through our lives, all alone
We try to forget, smiles long goneNeglecting the lovely golden days
We walk upon our different waysSheltering silently, broken shards
We never try letting down guardsLingering about the shore of pain
We let the tears fall in a quiet rainDrinking those lovely tales of past
We get lost in the universe so vastPain of parting claws at our heart
We ache to stumble back to a startBut so entangled by strings of fate
We think if it's really never too lateNever too late to forgive 'n' forget
To reflect on mistakes 'n' to acceptTo let go of ego and to bend down
To walk out of this hatred's townTo stop burning useless cigarettes
To not drown in the sea of regretsTo escape a depth of scarred souls
To heal the wounds and the holesTo let our silent love win above all
To save ourselves from aching fallEntering that coffee shop together
We get that love isn't like weatherFor our paths have crossed twice
At same place on morning so niceNo matter, how far we walk away
This love will always make us stayRealising that ego only brings hurt
We set it aside to shake off the dirtFor even if we're strangled by fate
We realise now, it's never too lateNever too late to forget all the pain
Oh it's never too late to begin again
