Gliding across shady scarlet skies
I try to forget all your vibrant liesLies that colored you in soft hues
And my sanity could be of no useI trusted all of your fragile strings
Oh it felt like you gifted me wingsWings enveloping me ever lightly
Love, you possessed me so rightlyCaressing me in glittering shades
I realised, how false love invadesBeing drunken on its sleeping pill
Enchantingly, you left me so 'still'Still as a statue, so unable to move
You were a liar, how could I proveFor I was trapped in your threads
Left forgotten in raw garden bedsWaiting for the tiny buds to bloom
Alas! I forgot that lies lead to doomUnable to escape your soft charm
I aided you to slowly let me harmI couldn't ever escape your trance
I wish I knew that I had no chanceI handed over myself to your soul
You shattered me in your low tollFor you bound me in drugged cuff
I thought I could never get enough'N' even though I'm broken in two
Is it bad that I'm still fallin' for you
