I've always shoveled in details
Following all the hidden trails
Sinking into soft explanations
I crave prolonged fascinations
I've always desired main story
Never satisfied 'n' never sorry
My questions are such burden
For I don't wanna be uncertain
My curiosity leads me to pain
It usually makes me go insane
But after so years, I doubt it all
Curiosity has caused me to fall
Now, people keep avoiding me
'Cause they want to feel so free
They leave me, they feel bound
Oh craving to evade my sound
Standing in the middle of life
I feel so lost in a useless strife
I'm lost in haze, I slowly blink
My loneliness makes me think
So entangled in complex strings
I forgot to enjoy the little things
Author's Note
I wrote this poem to reflect the importance of little things in life. Curiosity is a good thing but one must not be excessively curious about every detail because there's a certain charm of mystery. Sometimes, one should be satisfied with little things instead of digging out all the details. Try it sometime. You'll love it. :')♥♡
