I've always shoveled in details
Following all the hidden trailsSinking into soft explanations
I crave prolonged fascinationsI've always desired main story
Never satisfied 'n' never sorryMy questions are such burden
For I don't wanna be uncertainMy curiosity leads me to pain
It usually makes me go insaneBut after so years, I doubt it all
Curiosity has caused me to fallNow, people keep avoiding me
'Cause they want to feel so freeThey leave me, they feel bound
Oh craving to evade my soundStanding in the middle of life
I feel so lost in a useless strifeI'm lost in haze, I slowly blink
My loneliness makes me thinkSo entangled in complex strings
I forgot to enjoy the little thingsAuthor's Note
I wrote this poem to reflect the importance of little things in life. Curiosity is a good thing but one must not be excessively curious about every detail because there's a certain charm of mystery. Sometimes, one should be satisfied with little things instead of digging out all the details. Try it sometime. You'll love it. :')♥♡
Much Love xX
