Youth

Pushing an old rusty wheel barrow
Down that winding path so narrow

Being chased around by shy rabbits
Letting myself drown in silly habits

Trotting around in an endless maze
Enjoying the light embrace of craze

Feeling rush of adrenaline in veins
Dashing through sunlights or rains

Weaving a web of enchanting tales
Trying to follow some hidden trails

Listening to all those unheard calls
Kissing the stars, sipping waterfalls

Diving into depths of fiery madness
Colouring myself into a lovely mess

Drinking magic from heavenly skies
Fascinated by the glittering fireflies

Painting all the scars with fairydust
Entangling soul into threads of lust

Smiling at romances, so evanescent
Reveling in softness of that moment

Dancing on the edge of raw insanity
Touched by the shyly blissful vanity

Lingering about that euphoric sight
Laughin' in woven dreams all night

Spending the days in a pleasant fun
I know I forgot, time waits for none

But huddlin' by the old phone booth
Cannot I miss that long gone youth?
