Law: I wasn't gonna

Strawhats walked through the dark and misty forest to the abandoned castle. Castle was surrounded by the corpses of huge spiders and trolls, causing Luffy to grab few with him as trophies, and Brook to search up his huge collection of dead-jokes.
They reached over the creaky rottend bridge, which nearly gave off under their feet and fell to nothingness off the river under it, where the wild waves crashed against the rocks.
"What a shitty work," Franky grunted and kicked the bridge, accidentally hitting off some pieces of wood.
"No matter that, don't destroy our only escape route," Nami shivered from the damp and cold air as much as from fear.
In meantime, they had reached the great hall, which was covered in huge webs and rotting furniture. In fact it was so full of weird mushrooms and plants, if Chopper had wanted, he could have been busy for years experimenting with those.
"Hey look at that," Luffy had wandered off to the back of the hall and was now standing in front of a coffin. It was pretty much just a black box, a little smaller than him in height, and locked. The key was nowhere to be found, so he cover of the coffin off, coughing in the cloud of dust that flew up. When it dissolved, a massive pile of spiderweb and dust was still in coffin, and under it a small humanoid shape.
Luffy gathered the webs from it and threw over his shoulder, revealing a doll. It looked robotic and awesome, so his and Franky's eyes lit up as they carefully took it out of the coffin. From beneath it's feet a small key dropped out.
They looked proudly at their newest discovery and brushed off some more dust. From under it, on the left side of doll's chest was a lockhole. Luffy took the key and tried it, and for the first time in centuries, someone tended to it's clockwork heart.
Doll's eyes flicked open, and she tilted her head, long and curly H/C hair droppin onto it's eyes. Her body creaked and twinked painfully as she raised her hand and looked at it, then around.
"Who are you?" Her voice was metallic when she noticed the crew.
"I'm Luffy, and I'm gonna be king of the pirates. These are my nakama," doll tilted it's head again, making a screw fall off it's cheek.
"King. Nakama," one of it' eyes was missing lashes, and over the years mice had made nest in it's once so glossy and lovely hair. "I remember king. But he was different. Old. Not little boy,"
It took a step forward, towards Nami who was hiding behind shaking Usopp.
"Hello," the metal voice now broke at the end of every word, "who are you?"
"Nami," Nami shivered when doll raised her hand and touched her cheek, so cold against her skin, "no. Your name is Angel," doll continued confusedly, "I remember you. You sang with me,"
"No I didn't, I have never even seen you before,"
" but it was just yesterday," doll already walked away, it's creaking hurting everybody's ears.
"Wait a minute," Franky sprinted after it and pulled out an oil can (don't ask me where, I don't know. By the way, where does he keep his tools, I mean, not in pockets, obviously, and he doesn't seem to have a bag or such either), asking the doll to sit, while he oiled it's limbs so it wouldn't creak anymore.
"Thank you sir," doll's metal lips reminded of a smile now.
"Join my crew," Luffy, who had been watching it all, now grabbed his spidercorpse and ran to the doll, staring at it with sparkling eyes.
"I do not understand. Is that an order? Should I follow it?"
"It isn't order, I'm just asking you to,"
"No one has ever asked me to decide anything," doll looked at Sanji and Zoro who tried to take the spider's corpse away from Luffy while he was busy talking to you, "I will join that crew of yours then,"
"Cool," Luffy cheered and flunged his arm over your shoulders and turned to rest of the crew, "right?"
