BW: hi, guys? Is that how she usually greets you?

I am boiledwater and I was asked by my friend Alice to write this shot for her. She said she had this request for quite a long time, but she just couldn't come up with a good idea and she also felt obnoxious to write about herself. Luckily it wasn't a problem for me, but she still promises it would be a one-time thing.

I hope you like it, although the writing may be little different from hers. Thanks. Peace out.

An open door.  It leads to a small attic room which walls are painted bright lilac, although you can't see much of the colour since the walls are covered with posters of metal and punk bands and artworks in different stages of ready. In the middle of the room dances a tall, dark haired guy. In one hand he has black phone and his earsare blocked with bubblegum pink earphones. Althoughhis eyes are closed he manages not to trip over the bed or books that are littered on the floor.

His hands wave around in the air and feet move faster than you could imagine. He's the singer in his own musical, lips moving along to the words only he can hear. He does another small jump and lands, showing his jazz hands.

A girl is crouched on the beanbag in the corner of the room and she has a book in her lap. Her tongue plays with black lip ring from time to time and she never shows she even notices there is someone else in the room except her.

"Have you listened to that song yet?" Boy pulls one of the earphones away from his head and looks over to the girl. She shakes her head, never turning her attention away from the book. "Alright come here then," he holds his hand out.

"I'll just look over my exam notes," girl mumbles and pushes her bangs behind here ear so they would hang before her eyes. "I'll be right over."

"Nahuh," Law shakes his head and takes the book ftom Greenie. "You told me that three hours ago and I can already hear your brain overheating. So we're gonna release some steam to get over your stress." He grabs her arms and pulls her up to her feet. With few taps he connects phone to the speaker and starts the song.

Can we try to have an optimistic outlook, huh?
Can we buck up just enough to see the world won't fall apart?
Maybe this year, we decide
We're not giving up before we've tried
This year, we make a new start

Greenie stumbles over her feet, almost falling over trying to keep up with Law. Both of them laugh a bit and try again. The song is simple and catchy enough to get hang of some simple steps soon. They hold eachothers arms and move along to the beat.

Another stellar conversation for the scrapbook
Another stumble as I'm reaching for the right thing to say
I'm kinda coming up empty
Can't find my way to you

Does anybody have a map?
Anybody maybe happen to know how the hell to do this?
I don't know if you can tell
But this is me just pretending to know

So where's the map?
I need a clue
'Cause the scary truth is
I'm flying blind
And I'm making this up as I go

"Where did you get this song?" Greenie asks when Law spins her around. He simply shrugs, as if it would explain his love for musicals. Wicked, Cats, Phantom of the Opera, he has seen them all and loves the songs.  "Another musical?" She just knows him as well as the back of her hand.

"You know I can't say no to these," Law dipped her so her dark hair almost touched the ground. When he pulled her up again their faces were nearly touching. Law moved closer, ignoring the music, his lips opening a bit as he leaned down. Then Greenie sneezed and the moment was over. If there ever was one.

"Sorry," she laughed and sneezed again, hiding her face in her hands. "It's just the allergy season. It has me like sugar we're going down sneezing," as if to prove that she sneezed again. She rubbed her nose and grinned apologisingly.

In the meantime song had changed and when she stopped her allergy session, Law pulled her back in his arms. They barely moved while dancing this time, just rocking a bit on their feet. Greenie leaned her head on his shoulder while dancing and slided her arms around him. He sighed happily and hugged her back.

"Thanks," she murmured into the sleeve of Law's Black Veil Brides hoodie. "I really needed to get up for a moment." Stress had been eating away her brain for hours now, she needed to feel everything was perfect and her tired mind had made more mistakes she cared to admit.

"Who says I'll let you sit down again?" Law cocked an eyebrow and pressed a kiss on her forehead. "I set it on shuffle and I have enough songs to last next ten hours."

"You're not planning on dancing along to all of them?" Greenie said, horrified and afraid for her poor feet.

"Of course not. Maybe. I don't know. Probably."

"Pick one."

"We're going to dance along to all of them."
