GreenR:...... I can think of literally zero things I wanna write here today.

Law: explain what that 'ice' means

GreenR: that means she has ice powers, duh

Law: and next thing you should explain is why you have Michael Buble 'Haven't Met You Yet' playing in a loop. My head hurts already.

GreenR: because stuff

Law: ?

Snow was falling down, coating the ground with another layer of white fluffiness. But since it was always snowing around you, you couldn't really apprecciate it anymore. You exhaled deeply and watched your breath make a small cloud in the air. You snapped your fingers and cloud gathered and thickened, taking the shape of an eyeball cut out of body.

With another snap it dissolved and you sighed again. The whole island you lived on was covered in snow, no one wanted to live there, they kept away and told the horrific stories of a yuki-onna living there and hunting souls. You kept walking forward, fake smile almost frozen to your cheeks, hoping to see someone today.

You reached through the frozen forest to the shore, and almost gasped in surprise. A small boaty-thingy was there and someone next to it. But what surprised you the most was the fire burning next the man. You had seen fire only once, as a child, just before everyone left and you stayed behind so you wouldn't hurt anyone again.

"Hello," you stood behind him, cocking your head on the side a bit, "sorry, are you afraid of me?" You apologized when he almost jumped around at your voice.

"No, you just surprised me," the man smiled. Pretty dimples, you noted, he seemed warm, "can you tell me if there's a village around here?"

"Yes," your mind was raging, talking to a real person was really fun. The man waited for a moment and you realised he wanted you to give him some other answer. "There is one behind the North Mountain." You pointed at the huge mountain that cut the island to half.

"Oh great, do you think I could get something from there to repair my glider?"

"I wouldn't count on it," you poked the fin of the glider but leaned away when you saw it covering with frosting.

"Why so? People a little unfriendly?"

"There is noone," you made a small snowball and made it roll around in the snow so it grew bigger.

"How so?"

"Everyone left. Now it's only me left," you said sadly and added another snowball to the first so it looked like a snowman, with quite badly shaped face.

"Oh. It's lonely then," not pity, you noted, just.....you didn't know the word, just not pity, "maybe you can help me then. And I could give you lift the next island," he never stopped smiling. And he was dressed so lightly, wasn't he cold? Everyone was cold around you.

"Sure," you looked at the glider for a moment and then rose your hands, making the ropes and screws and blanks of ice, "it's stronger than usual ice, should survive long enough to get you to the next island," you felt sad at the thought you couldn't go with him.

"Woah, that's one unusual abilty you have there, are you a Devil Fruit user too?"

"Too?" The man rose his hand which was on flames and you looked at it interestedly. It was so colorful and bright, not mild and blank like snow around you. You touched it and for once the frost on your fingers melt, "oh. It's warm,"

"Should be," the man was surprised, "the centre of that fire should be few thousand degrees,"

"Warm," you repeated and retreated your hand, looking how it turned pale and icy again, covering with frost. "Are other islands warm too?"

"Some of them," man was already pushing te glider into water, "some are winter islands like yours, other are summer or spring or autumn. These are warm. And then there are islands that change, they have all seasons,"

"It's not a winter island," you said dreamily, thinking about summer, "it's frozen because of me. Everyone left because I froze everything. They told me I was a monster,"

"Well you ain't a monster as far as I can tell," he interrupted, "and you're coming with me too, so get on board. And I think I know someone who can teach you thing or two about controlling that ice of your's," you were already sranding on the glider by the time he finished and you held on to him.

"Who is he?"

"Me of course,"
