Special: Drunk!Ace x Reader

You mentally facepalmed as everyone on the Moby Dick were totally drunk and danced around like madmen. You chuckled and dugged a camera out of your pocket.

Click! Marco talking to a pinapple. Click! Thatch trying to waltz around with Jessie. Click! Ace's adorable face really close to yours. Wait, what?

You lowered the camera and saw your commander's and long time crush's face really close to yours. Plus, he was drunk as a skunk. He leaned even closer and you blushed a little.

"Wuffy? Ish *hic* dhat you?" He slurred and hugged you. "It's sho great to shee you!"

"Yea-yea," you patted fire fist's head. "You're really drunk and-"

"No I'm *hic* not," he argued. "I onwy had one *hic* bottwe. Or ten."

"Try twenty," you sighed  and stood up. "Alright hot-shot, bed time."

"But I don' *hic* wanna~" that adorable idiot pouted.

"I'll give you meat tomorrow, if you go to bed now," you tried to argue with him.

"Yay meat!" He started walking towards the door, spinning around a lot and not walking straight. It took a lot of time but finally you got him to his room. When he staryed taking his clothes off, you looked away. It's not like you hadn't seen him naked, come on! the guy was running around shirtless all the time, but it still made you very uncofortable. He curled into bed and tried to give you good-night kiss but you shoved him away.

"Hey *hic* Wuffy," Ace slurred when you covered him with a blanket.

"What is it?"

"Do you know *hic* girw named Y/N?" He seemed kinda sober already.

"Believe it or not, I do," you chuckled and sat down next to his bed.

"I reawwy *hic* wove her," Ace said and you gasped. "Everything *hic* about her. Her beautifuw *hic* E/C eyes, her siwky *hic* H/C hair. How gracefully *hic* she wawks. I wiked her from *hic* the moment she joined the *hic* crew. I awways thought *hic* 'that's the girw  I wanna *hic* marry one day'.

Your face felt really hot and when Ace finished his confession, you were little confused.

"Why haven't you told her that?"

"She doesn't *hic* feew the same about me," freckled idiot turned to face the wall and you could tell he was sad. "Every time I try to *hic* tawk with her, she runs away. Or is with *hic* Marco or someone ewse. She *hic* probabwy hates me," with those words he falls asleep and you peck him slightly on the forehead.

You walk back to the dining hall and start helping everyone back to their rooms. When you're finally finished, you go back to your room. Not that you could sleep very well, Ace's words are rushing through your mind, keeping you awake.

The morning

Ace's POV

I moan and try to fall asleep again. My head just hurts so fucking much. Someone knocks on the door.

"Go away!" I yell and then flinch at my own voice. Really, how much did I drink last night?

"Okay," familiar female voice says, sounding a little hurt. Fuck! It's Y/N! She barely even usually talks to me. And now I was rude to her. I rush to the door, cursing when I see I'm wearing only boxers. Oh well, can't worry 'bout that now, I have to stop her from leaving. I open the door and there she stands, big E/C eyes staring into mine, light tint covering her cheeks. She lifts up a cup of coffee.

"Brought you a present," she smirks and I blush. Damn! She's so pretty, but then I remember my clothing.

"Wait a second," I run back to my room and put on my pants.

"Naah don't worry," she waves her hand. "I already saw you like this last night." I turn really red.

"Ehh? What?!" I'm standing before my crush and she's telling me how she saw me almost naked.

"You were really drunk yesterday so I helped you back here and listened your ranting until you fell asleep."

"What did I say?" I ask, horrified. I really can't control myself when I'm drunk and I know it very well.

"Hmmmmh...you thought I was Luffy at first, then you told me you love me. Said how beautiful E/C eyes and H/C hair I have. Then you tried to kiss me and said that I'm the girl you wanna marry one day." My jaw literally drops, this is much worse than I thought. I grab Y/N's hands.

"I'm so so sorry," I say. "I was really drunk and-mmmph" suddenly she presses her sweet and soft lips on mine. My eyes widen but I kiss her back.

"Dummy, I like you too," she finally says, smiling against my lips. My face face feels really hot and I kiss her again.

"I really love you."
