GreenR: I have gotten few questions about the Nami shot I wrote, and I just wanna say that I don't do the character x character stuff, but boy x boy and girl x girl are totally fine. And if I haven't specifically written that reader is male, then I'm still writing from the female reader's point of view.

Law: whee, long speech

GreenR: ya I know, I just had to make that clear.

Law: sure sure

You yawned lowly and took a long sip from your steaming cup. It was an early morning, and there was nothing you would have wanted more than to spend few more ours in a deep sleep.

"We have a little emergency up," John shouted to you from the reception table and you walked to him, seeing a tall blond man and a small boy with fluffy hat.

"What is it?" Your eyes scanned over them as you waited the answer. Boy was alright, but from the way man was holding his arm you expected few broken ribs and maybe an arm. It really sucked to live in a town where fights and duels were an everyday stuff.

"Well, I'll make the examining room empty for you and then see for yourself," John shrugged and swaggered away.

"Sure. Now sir, can you please tell me your name so I can look at your charts.

"His name is Cora," small boy was looking over the counter, holding him up on it by his arms.

"Sure, is that a full name?" You wonderef why the man didn't speak for himself.

"nah, it should be Corazon Donquixote," boy looked at the man in confirmation, who nodded slightly.

"Well, sorry, but we don't have any Corazons here," you apologized and the boy thought for a moment.

"Then try Rocinante," you were little annoyed by his bossiness bet still searched the name up.

"Are you this time sure that's your dad's name?" You asked while taking the papers from yellowish cardboard folder.

"His is not my dad. And yes,"

"Okay then, can you please follow me-"

"He broke his leg," boy butted in.

"Fine, a wheelchair it is then," you got them one of the spare wheelchairs and helped the man into it. Damn he was as heavy as an elephant! Boy drove him after you to examination room, where you started checking him for the injuries, marking them up on a chart.

"Three broken ribs, broken arm, dislocated shoulder, leg broken from two places and a second-degree burn on your back." You said at the end, "may I ask what the hell were you doing? It's only 6 o'clock so I find it hard to believe you could have gotten into a fight already,"

"He was making breakfast," the boy played with the stetoscope he had snatched from him.

"Was it still alive when you tried to eat it?"

"No, we were supposed to eat cereal," you had already gotten to treating the burns and locating the shoulder.

"And you mean to tell me cereal attacked him?" The man had started blushing slightly when Law began to explain his adventures with first meal of the day, and kept turning redder with every passing sentence.

"No. The burns are from when he wanted to smoke in the morning. Rest of it happened when he spilled some milk on the floor, and when he tried to clean it he slipped in it and fell out of the second-floor window,"

"Woah," you were truly impressed by that level of clumsiness, "and if I may ask, what are those scratches?"

"He fell into a bush,"

"Roses?"

"Yup,"

"Well, I don't see why they even let you out of the house anymore, sir," you started putting cast on his leg, "you sound like a walking catastrophe," the man shrugged awkwardly and winced in pain when you had push the bone back to right place. "Sorry," you said at it.

It took almost three hours to get all of his bones back to the places where they were supposed to be and by the end of it you were tiref as hell.

"Wheeh, that was a big one," you helped the man walk out on his crutches, "you know, when I last saw so many injuries, it was when a boat drove over someone,"

"That would be the same man," little boy said dryly, sucking on a lollypop which you had to give him to get your favourite scalpel collection back.

"Really? Well, if you need any help again..." you shrugged awkwardly when the boy just sighed and walked a little further.

"I'll just be over here while you two kiss and do whatever adults do,"

"Wait I didn't mean it like that!" You stuttered and felt your face getting hot, luckily you weren't the only one, you noticed, "I meant if one of you got hurt again and.....I'm not doing that explaining thing very well, am I?" You turned hoplessly to the man who shook his head.

"Oh well, can't be good at everything, eh?" You were ready to turn away and say goodbye when you thought that maybe little boy had given some good advice. Of course you weren't going to kiss your patient, especially when he was still on painkillers. But you scribbled your number on the piece of paper you found from your pocket and handed it to the man.

"In case you want a breakfast that doesn't end in hospital,"
