Loki sat in the dungeon, he couldn't do anything Except wait. He stood up when he hear the door being opened, a jotun came in holing Eira by her waist, but she was completely limp. "You can have her back" he mocked as he tossed her toward him, he reached out to catch her, but he was having enough trouble holding up his own weight, and he stumbled to the ground when he caught her. The door was shut and locked again, but he didn't really care.
"Eira, Eira wake up" he said, putting his arm under shoulders and neck to hold her up. He leaned down to see if she still had a heartbeat, and let out a sigh of relief when he found that she did. "Eira, darling" he said, shaking her slightly. He saw her eyes slowly start to open, and a look of terror take her face when she saw him.
"Get away form me!" She shrieked as she scurried away from him.
"Eira, it's okay" he said as he moved a little closer, but she backed herself into a corner.
"No! Please, stay away from me!" She screamed, ice started to grow around the room and she started panicking even more.
"Okay, it's alright, I won't hurt you" he said backing away.
"Whe- where am I?!" She yelled, looking around. "Who are you?!" She added
"You don't know me?" He asked, he couldn't believe they'd taken her mind /again/.
"I don't know. I don't know! They keep messing with my head! I don't know anything! I don't know anything!" She screamed as she covered her ears with her hands, trying to block out the world. Loki wanted to comfort her, but he knew he was only scaring her, then he realized why; he was still looking like a frost giant. "Hey, look, I'm not really a jotun" he said shifting back to being asgardian. But she still looked scared and he didn't want to make it worse, he looked at her and saw that she was shivering in the cold, she was also brought down to one layer of clothes, and was now wearing a short thin dress-slip that hit a few inches above her knees. He looked around and saw a small blanket, he picked it up and limped over to her, she shrunk into the corner a little bit, bringing her legs to her chest.
"Try to keep warm" he said as he backed away. 'Maybe she'll trust me' he thought.
"Thank you" she said, starting to calm a bit.
"I'm loki" he said, and he couldn't believe he was now introducing himself to her for the third time. She shook her head and tears slipped out of her eyes.
"What's wrong, dar- what's wrong?" He asked, coming over to her. She tensed up when he sat right next to her, he put his arm around her shoulders to try to comfort her, She felt a little uncomfortable, and he could tell.
"Your name is Eira, by the way" he told her. She looked at him a little surprised.
"How do you know?" She asked. He smiled a bit.
"I'll tell you some other time, you should sleep though" he told her, they both laid down, but she didn't stay to close to him, she still didn't really know what was going on. In a minute she had fallen asleep, loki came over to see what they'd done to her and saw that her arms and legs had many scars on them, which he found strange because it wouldn't seem like enough time for a scar to develop. She was (again) shivering, he knew she'd probably freak out if she woke up with him next to her, but he didn't care at this point, he picked her up on his lap and leaned against the wall, letting her recline on his chest, she was still sleeping peacefully, but he didn't want to drift off, nor could he, his mind was running with thoughts Of how to escape. He sat there for what felt like hours, thinking.
'My ankle is broken, or at least damaged, so I can't fight, she's weak from whatever they did to her, so we can't really break out.
But Thor will- oh no, Thor, they want him, we're he bait for Thor, we have to get out, or at least find a way to send a message to him before he comes here' loki kept thinking things along those lines, unable to think of a way out, he had already taken a look at the door, if Eira could control her power she would be able to create a key from ice pretty easily, the real problem would be what to do after that, he thought about shape shifting, but they'd be seen coming out and be caught. In a moment he heard a loud crash, then another, then yelling and cursing and fighting, he gently set Eira off of him and went to the door to see what was happening; there was a fight, among the jotuns. "Eira, Eira wake up" loki said shaking her a bit. She started to slowly wake up and jumped back when she saw him.
"Eira, I know you don't trust me yet, but you need to now" he told her.
"Why? What's going on?" She asked, waking up a bit.
"I can get us out of here" he told her a little anxiously.
