"I just wish you could be there with me."
I said as I smoothed out my dress. Today was the first day of Finn and I's divorce session and I honestly didn't want anything but a divorce from him.
"I know baby. Call me if he tries any stupid shit."
Seth said, kissing me.
"Will do."
I said, biting my lip.
"Hey, don't be nervous. I'm sure things will go smoothly."
Seth said, wrapping his arms around my waist.
"I hope so."
I said.
4 Hours Later | Seth's POV
I sat in the kitchen, making food for Bayley for when she came back, when my phone rang.

"Hey babe. How's it going?"
I asked. All I heard was wheezing on the other side.
"Bay? What's wrong?"
I asked her.
"He's t-t-trying to t-t-take N-Noah and A-Aria."
Bayley said as she stumbled over her words.
"He's trying to get custody?"
I asked her.
"Yeah."
I heard her say.
"Bay, just breathe. You're going to have a panic attack. I'm on my way just stick tight."
I said, hanging up.
Bayley's POV
I wiped my tears as I saw Seth's car pull in.
"Hey."
Was all I could muffle out before Seth hugged me.
"He's trying to take my kids."
I said, feeling more tears stream down my face.
"But should I let him?"
I asked Seth.
"What?"
Seth asked, looking at me.
"When was the last time I could be with them, Seth? He's with them all the time. Maybe this will be for the best."
I said.
"Whatever you want to do. I'll stand by your choice. I love you."
Seth said, kissing the top on my head.
1 Hour Later
"Just remember that I did this for you. I love you so much."
I said, hugging Aria.
"I love you too mommy!"
She said as I kissed Noah's cheek. I sighed as I watched them walk away. The divorce was final. My heart hurt but it's time to turn the page. And make a new chapter.
